“We very recently received the thoroughly protected roll of fabric ordered months ago. We purchased through your business as you were priced right and seemed to have access to it while others did not. Later, after ordering & paying in full, we learned that you did not either. When we ordered we planned to get it to our upholsterer to have the chairs back by Christmas. While that didn't happen, Christmas Eve was much less of en event anyway due to COVID. I thought we paid for shipping but UPS wouldn't deliver without giving them a check for delivery - so did we pay twice? Through it all, the fabric is both expensive & gorgeous.”

“Lovely service but the one complaint I would have is the delivery. Didn’t arrive in the day I was given but in fact the day before. Would be helpful if the delivery was more reliable as not able to be sitting by the door all day but happy with the ordering service”

“I ordered 4 cushions, they took a long time coming but JC apologised for the delay, they were waiting for the trim I had ordered. Worth the wait, all 4 cushions match for pattern and are well made.”

“The quality of the wallpaper we ordered is great. The tracking information from UPS was misleading, perhaps because of brexit problems with the import, but the goods arrived about 2 weeks after our order, and Jane Clayton dealt with our query promptly. We would be happy to order from them again.”

“Great quality made to measure curtain. All hand stitched. My curtain fitter was also very impressed with quality. Curtains arrived a day after they said would be ready and were well packaged. Better price than other made to measure curtains. Will definitely use again.”

“Straightforward website with some reasonable pictures of the wallpaper when hung though not with all the different colours. The filters when looking at different wallpaper for ideas are not that effective. The assistant on the phone was helpful and efficient when I rang to ask about availability, as it was a large order and delivery was incredibly quick. (Ordered Tuesday afternoon and 24 rolls of wallpaper arrived lunchtime the next day!)”

“I haven’t received my product yet so I can’t review that yet. I’m sure it’s fab. Disappointed with the time it’s taken though - ordered 21 days ago, eventually received an email to say it was dispatched a week ago and still not received. I’d have bought it from elsewhere if I’d have known it would take so long.”
