“Jane Clayton & Co have a comprehensive website and ordering is easy. In addition, their personal service (as I have ordered multiple 2m+ blinds) is exception. Rosie has been brilliant. The quality of the craftmanship is excellent and my blinds and curtains are truly lovely. I could not be happier with the product or the service. Thank you so much.”

“Words cannot express by dissatisfaction! I placed an on 12/6/24 for Neon fabric and confirmation came through to showing my correct address. The same day I amended the order to ensure the fabric was f/r. 4 working days later receive a mail saying my fabric SHERBET !! was to be delivered to my old address the next day and a signature would be required. Wrong fabric! Wrong address! I sent 2 emails that evening and phoned your office when open the followed no day. Nobody could speak to me about the error !!!! I asked for a full refund. I was told this would be actioned. I waited 4+ hours and sent a sharp email. Then I received a written apology and was told a refund was being made to my card credited 29/6/24. How can a big company get things so wrong???? I cannot recommend Jane Clayton and trust this error is drawn to the attention of their MD.”

“I placed an order for a pair of bespoke curtains in Shiraz Bukhara fabric. The curtains were beautifully made & all the expert help given from start to finish was excellent, kindly done, patiently done & my needs were understood. The lady, Nola, was lovely with me. I shall be returning to place a further order because I am so happy.”

“Would not recommend. The curtains I ordered are beautiful, but they took much longer than promised, customer service were very difficult to reach, the parcel was delivered not on the day listed on the tracking page but on another day, to the wrong address, and communication with customer service to retrieve the parcel was painstakingly slow - they made no effort to retrieve the parcel or help me, in the end I pieced it together and managed to track the parcel down but the whole thing was very time-consuming, stressful and frustrating.”

“Whereas this is no fault of yours, the fabric was so different in person versus the way it looked online. I had ordered a sample of the main pattern (large floral design) and assumed the coordinates would go well as they are part of the same collection. I even inquired about this. However the greens didn’t coordinate and the checked fabric online looked like it had some peach in it to match the floral but it turned out to be completely different. I know I took a chance not ordering samples for all three fabrics I purchased instead of just the one but unfortunately now I have to accept I spent a lot of money, can’t return it and can’t use it. Lesson learned for sure. Additionally I want to add that it was very inconvenient to have to be home to sign for the delivery. I missed the delivery twice as I wasn’t home and was so fearful of missing the 3rd attempt as I was warned it would be returned to the seller.”
