“I had an issue with my order (completely my fault) however it was dealt with immediately, the sales assistant was fantastic and resolved my issue. I was able to order a replacement and to my shock the items were actually shipped the same day and I received them the following day...wow! Considering the current climate that is fantastic customer service. An absolute delight to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending this company!”

“Fabulous selection of fabrics so I found exactly what I wanted. Communication was a little patchy but they were always helpful and responsive. Curtains and blinds are beautiful and perfect. I would show a photo but the link doesn't work.”

“Very pleased with two sets of curtains I ordered. JC were much cheaper than other quotes but there was no reduction in quality. Occasionally it was difficult to contact the company but this is my only negative. Will definitely use them again. A very happy customer.”

“Paid for the wallpaper. Few days later get told it’s not in stock, so I asked for a refund. It then gets sent to me... trouble is I have decorators booked and so I purchase from somewhere else. Jane Clayton then send a courier but they haven’t issued me with a returns address .... what a mess! Basically customer service poor.”

“Really impressed with the wallpaper and the service. I initially purchased three rolls but after checking out was worried I might not have enough. I sent an email and within a few days I got a response to inform me that I just needed to phone to order another roll and they had made a note on the system with the batch number. I phoned and it was effortless - so friendly and helpful. My extra roll of paper arrived the day after! So so impressed. Thank you!”

“Fabulous. I requested a sample of the wallpaper online which I received 2 days later. I don’t normally spend £60 on a roll of paper but it was just what I wanted.Placed an order for 1 roll which I received promptly as indicated. I love this wallpaper. I am not a professional so really appreciated the online help guide .it looks fantastic. Better than I could of hoped for. I will not hesitate to use Jane Clayton again. Thank you”

“Placed an order for a sample over 5 working days ago and not heard anything. Have emailed and no response within 24hrs, yet all the other reviews seem to show that they have had efficient service within 24 hours. Have tried to call and again seem to be in a long queue. The website does say expect delays, so have assumed you are still sending samples? Again website doesn't seem to suggest you are not open.”

“I ordered wallpaper which looked exactly as advertised. I was unsure of when it was to arrive so rang customer services who were very helpful and the delivery arrived a couple of days after enquiring. Overall very pleased with the service.”

“Excellent service. Even during this pandemic, order was dealt with promptly. Although it was incomplete I was kept updated and then offered an alternative which arrived in a couple of days. Representative was friendly and helpful. She made me feel I mattered! That's not always the case when you deal with call centers. Range of materials is extensive. Really appreciate being able to get free samples and don't mind paying a small amount for extras.”
