The quality of the wallpaper we purchased was very good. We are very happy with how it looks.
However the delivery was late meaning the decorator we booked had to be postponed and we incurred a fee for this.
When I enquired about our late item I was told that due to Covid, deliveries would be taking longer than normal - I completely understand and appreciate this however it should have been made clear at the time of purchasing so we could accommodate the extra time and not make arrangements. Given the delivery fee is £6.95 it would have been nice to be told about delays.
