“I can't comment on the fabric itself as I had it shipped straight to our curtain maker to make it up into curtains and blinds for us. However, I was impressed how quickly the package was despatched and delivered. We felt that the company cared. We also bought some curtain fabric from another company and we are still waiting for delivery a week later. We know which one we will be going back to in the future!”

“Thank goodness the rug is lovely and better then expected as delivery was a wait!!!! Customer service very slow to reply to enquiries. Could do to work on the company’s communication skills slightly.”

“I ordered 8 samples (3 of which I paid for) I also paid £2.50 postage. 1 of the samples Roseraie is just a plain piece of cloth - no pattern or colour. 2 of the others are so small ( woodland chorus & Fernery) - I can't tell if they're what I want or not. Very disappointed 😞”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and I'm sorry to learn of your disappointment with this Samples order. It sounds as if you have received the incorrect sample of the Roseraie Fabric by Clarke & Clarke, so I have raised a replacement order for this sample. I do apologise about this error. With regards to the size of the Woodland Chorus & Fernery Embroidery samples by Sanderson, our sample sizes do vary depending on supplier. Whilst smaller samples can sometimes assist with fabric decisions due to getting a feel for the thickness and colour scheme of the fabric, I appreciate that decisions are not always possible without seeing a larger part of the pattern. For this reason, we are happy to provide larger returnable samples which can be selected on our website - simply add the standard samples to your basket, and on the basket page underneath each product, you can use the drop down to select a Returnable sample. Please note, larger samples cost £15 and must be returned to us within 14 days for a refund. I have raised a replacement order for the standard size of these two samples in case another small piece of the fabric assists you in making your decision, but please do feel free to place a large sample order if this would help at all. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us on 01761 404505 and we would be happy to place this order over the phone for you.
