“The measure of every company is how they help or put things right when there has been an error......my error that I over ordered but no one answered the phone then when they left me a message saying they would get back to me, they didn't”

Hi there Christine, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with the service received on this occasion. I have reviewed your enquiry and can see that when your request was made to adjust your order down to two rolls, the order had already been dispatched, so it was too late for our Customer Service team to make any order amendments. As we were unable to take your first call, I can see that we have offered return postage at our cost as an apology for the delay, and have generated a pre-paid UPS label which was sent to you via email. “1. Ordered 1 roll of wallpaper - arrived quickly 2. Ordered samples - I was sent 2 lots of incorrect samples addressed to me, but on opening they were both for different people. This aspect of your service needs improving”
