“Whether using the online service or speaking to one of the customer service advisers, the result is always good. I have ordered online when I know what I have wanted, but also use their advice service which has been extremely helpful. Orders arrive quickly and that is also a bonus.”

“I ordered and paid for three rug samples. UPS couldn’t find my address so I had to redirect delivery to the nearest eligible shop and make a trip to collect. Of the three samples I received, there was one that I actually ordered and two that I didn’t. Reporting this to JC led to a requirement to provide photographic evidence before it could be addressed. All in all, quite a lot more effort than it was worth.”

“I ordered a roll of wallpaper and then my husband was made redundant and the wallpaper was an expense we didn't need. I contacted Jayne Clayton co, explained our predicament and they quickly and kindly cancelled my order and gave me a full refund. Wow, I'm seriously 8mpressed with this company”
