“I placed an order for wallpaper samples 13 days ago and haven't received a shipping notification. I emailed Jane Clayton & Co yesterday but haven't heard back, so I'm giving this rating since I haven't received any communication from them.”

“My daughter needed a specific material for a college project that had to be completed at the end of last week. The Thursday before we tried a number of outlets in Leicester but unfortunately couldn't find anything suitable. I managed to find a good likeness on the Jane Clayton page stating a two working day delivery so we went with it. I didn't receive any emails regarding delivery or the order and on Monday spoke to customer service. The lady was very nice but because a system was down couldn't do anything. She did say she would email me later in the day with an update. I phoned again Tuesday because I still hadn't heard back and again a very nice customer service lady did assure me it would be with me the next day. I had to reiterate that if it didn't arrive as promised it would be too late to complete so I would have to have a refund. Fortunately it did arrive but I was very disappointed with the lack of information and taking almost a week to arrive.”

“Outstanding service. Fabrics arrived promptly after placing an order. Most importantly, although I only ordered 1 m of each color, Fabrics came on the roll and not folded. So many companies no longer provide this service as I guess it includes extra costs for posting. No hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Have ordered a rug and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The rug does have a very strong smell but hopefully it will subside in time. Delivery was in 48hrs, although originally was between 3-5 days. Overall very happy and would purchase again from Jane Clayton&Company”
