“excellent staff and wallpapers of course. I have reported difficulty accessing the contact telephone number. The ordering template could do with the addition of a free speech box for in my case asking for a certain batch number. I will buy again”

“After placing order we were quickly informed that due to Covid 19 pandemic production of our chosen wallpaper had been suspended with Jane Clayton providing dates of expected new stock. We were offered the opportunity to cancel, reselect or keep order in place. We chose to wait and throughout we were given updates. We received order well before the dates given which was pleasing. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and will most definitely use again”

“Jane Clayton has A great choice of wallpapers really nicely arranged to sort what you are looking for and a good supporting sample service. My wallpaper was delayed through no fault of Jane Clayton and there were good communications about the new due date. I have used Jane Clayton twice and I also find the pricing competitive. I am sure that I will use them again. Wendy from Cheshire.”

“I totally understand the delay with my order. Strange times we are in but what I liked about this company was that they kept me informed all along about the delays/difficulties with the supply chain. In particular I would like to thank Jodie. Nice company to deal with. Thank you. And now I have my super wallpaper, now to get it on the walls!”

“I was impressed with the choices of fabrics available. I am delighted with my roman blind.The baton was slightly warped but it hasn't affected how the blind hangs. It was easy to install ourselves. The price was half of some of the other sites I looked at even though they claimed to be sale prices. The only thing which could be improved would be keeping the customer updated on how their order is progressing as i had to email to find out when my blind was due to be delivered.I knew it would take a few weeks but just a little note on progression would be appreciated. Thank you though as I love my blind”

“I have always receive an excellent level of service from the staff. WEBSITE: There is a wealth of items to choose from on the webite. However as a consequence the search facility on the website could be made more "user friendly". It would help if the website offered items that would compliment those being viewed. SAMPLES: Samples can take a variable time to arrive; 1 week to 4-5 weeks. Sometimes samples are never received so it is useful to keep track but this has to be done by the Customer. PRODUCT: Once an order is placed the item is delivered very rapidly.”

“I found these on the internet search and was not disappointed. Price was good and delivery was very quick. The only negative is that they don’t take back unused wallpaper even if it’s not opened unless it is the complete order. I would suggest that this policy is something worth changing.”

“Obvious comment - Such a fabulous array of diverse fabric textures and prints to choose from! And let's not forget the trimmings too! Very helpful staff, Fast delivery. The only reason I did not award 5 stars is, one of my fabrics is on back order..... so far I have had no notification of when it will be delivered - which is disappointing. However, I will always recommend JC as the 'go to' website.”
