“It has been so helpful to be able to receive swatches and then fabric, lining etc so promptly, even during Lock Down. The slight hiccup over the wrong header tape was rectified quickly. I will definitely use you again. Many thanks.”

“I was very happy with the service. The only issue I had was that i had a spare roll off expensive to me wallpaper and you wouldn’t take it back for a refund even though the supplier had over 90 rolls of the same paper in their stock.”

“Lovely wallpaper but disappointingly a return for one roll not accepted. Lovely, quality wallpaper and it looks pretty on a feature wall. However we are disappointed that we cannot return an unused and unopened roll of paper. When we measured it was borderline as to whether we needed 2 or 3 rolls so we were obliged to order three rolls. Now we have an expensive roll of wallpaper which is of no use to us at all.”

“Beautiful wallpaper and easy to order from a huge range. Unfortunately, through no fault of Jane Clayton UPS failed to deliver to us and did not leave a note informing us of where we could pick up the parcel. Jane Clayton was very helpful and gave us the information we required. I would respectfully suggest that they do not use UPS for deliveries in future.”

“Generally good service but I did find the website to be a bit of a chore. Certain functions, like order status, didn't give me any information at all about my order. Considering the high quality products that can be purchased from this site, it is a shame that the functionality doesn't meet muster.”

“When my curtain fabric delivery from a big High Street outlet was delayed for several months I found that Jane Clayton were able to supply the same fabric within a few weeks. I was very pleased with their personal service and great customer care.”
