I ordered Echo Clarke & Clarke I was told on telephone whilst ordering that there was plenty in stock how ever with the New Year holidays it took 12 days to arrive. My wallpaper and price were great. I was also disappointed that returns were not accepted as I had two spare rolls.

Thank you for your feedback Sharon. We are sorry that your delivery took longer to arrive than expected. Due to supplier closures over the Christmas period we advised customers to add 5 working days to the lead time of their product and we tried to make this as clear as possible on the website. We also try to make our returns policy clear on the website and are always happy to help with quantity advice if it is needed. We will hope to hear from you again.

paper arrived in one box-OK -paste arrived in another inadequately packed & it had leaked ,informed Emma suggesting return,but my decoratop says he thinks it will be alright as a crust had not formed,supplier should do better

Neatly made cushions but not enough padding so the 38 cm cushions seemed very small and flat. I would go for size up because the filling is measly.

All our cushions are filled with a pad that is 1 inch larger than the specified cushion size, so we do not usually have issues with our cushion padding being too small. The service was great but the wallpaper (pink and gold starts) is not at all pink - more grey

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the colour of your wallpaper, but would always recommend to our customers that they order samples of the item before purchasing to be sure they are happy with it, as there can often be colour variations from that seen on the website. Unfortunately, although I was very pleased with the fabric I ordered, the lining I was told I could add onto the existing order did not arrive, although payment was deducted from my account. This was dealt with once I contacted the company, although very frustrating at the time as it delayed getting the fabric to the curtain maker.

The design and quaity of the wallpaper I bought was very high. Unfortunately when using the tool to estimate how many rolls I needed it told me 3, although I knew that was way too much so I bought 2 and only needed 1. Now I have a very expensive spare roll of wallpaper.

Not happy that I could not return unused roll especially at around £50 a roll. Said it was because of batch numbers but as we tried to return fairly promptly after receipt I'm sure they would have had some of that batch left!

Great variety of fabric to choose from and on the whole, very good value, especially with the free delivery. However with my most recent purchase, communication with regards to delivery instructions failed to be acted upon ( they should have gone to a different address to my home address) and the responsibility to sort the issue out was passed straight back to me to resolve, which I was not happy about. No-one from the company followed up with any communication to check that I had managed to receive the items. And on my previous shop with Jane Clayton I had to chase my sample orders. I waited over three weeks for the samples to arrive and again, it was I who chased the company, there was no update from them. On a positive note they did refund me the cost of the samples.

I followed the instructions to take 2cm off the width of my recessed roman blind to ensure it fitted but I feel this leaves too big a gap around the edge and lets in far too much light. A shame as the quality of the blind is good. It also took far too long to arrive with only one email saying it was delayed by a week, when actually it turned up 2 weeks after that. Communication could have been better and I feel we should have been offered some compensation. It was not a cheap blind after all.

Happy with fabric design but according to my manufacturers the pattern/fabric is running out ? Please find attached photo from them. I've instructed them to proceed with manufacturing of the Roman blind , will see how it looks when made up. Cannot give overall rating at this stage.

i was disappointed to order my wallpaper and receive emails regarding dispatch to then be told the paper was out of stock and would have to wait several weeks for my order. Once I spoke to an advisor to try and get a wallpaper that you had in stock the service was excellent

I ordered curtains in Sanderson Corsl Sparkle fabric. I was aware the fine linen would let light through and asked if coloured lining was an option but it wasn't. Not wanting the thickness of blackout lining, I foolishly went ahead with cream standard lining. The result is curtains in dark purple which look dreadful when shut due to the lining showing through. My mistake for choosing to save (oodles of) money by ordering online instead of using a local trader who would have advised me properly on this. The savings were significant though and I think the curtains are very well made. The ordering process was very easy too. I would recommend using them, but only if you are confident of your fabric choices.

Rang to ask advice on quantity of wallpaper required, as advised on website, due to paper having a half match drop and was told I would be emailed calculations. Nothing has arrived on email so ended up having to order on my own estimate so can only hope I've ordered correctly. No point having this service if nobody actually calculates for you to order. Delivery service good though, on time.

Hi, I called you this morning to arrange returning excess, unopened wallpaper and was told the return address and details would be emailed to me to me directly. Unfortunately I have not yet received this information. I would be grateful if you could email the information as soon as possible. Otherwise, your service and wallpaper has been very good.

Received quickly, although the colour on the website suggested a much brighter colour blue than it is in reality, expected turquoise (Sanderson mobiles)

Delivery was an issue. I ordered on Monday morning and with 3-5 days delivery, expected the order by Friday. However when I called on friday it was confirmed the order would be with me on Monday a full 6 working days after the order. I had to pay £20 for next day delivery on Saturday so I could work over the weekend. Disappointed.

We love the wallpaper which was delivered promptly but we took advice about how much we need and have nearly two full rolls left which is annoying.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you have wallpaper left over. We would always advise that customers put a roll on reserve if they are unsure about how much they are going to need as we are unable to take back part returns of wallpaper.

Price was good, and the right item came in good condition. Just took a long time to be delivered (approx 8 days for a roll of wallpaper).

Thank you for your review. The lead time on our Sanderson products is 3-5 working days and according to our records we delivered your parcel on the 4th working day after your order was placed. This was 6 days, including the weekend, after your order was placed. We can offer express deliveries for urgent orders if need be.
