Good selection of materials. However poor after sales customer services and didnt mention to us that we would have to finish the curtains ourselves after paying a premium price.

Difficult to rate fairly as ordered during the Christmas period so there was a delay before despatching my order. This was perfectly acceptable. There was good tracking facilities available for my package and delivery was planned the day following despatch but even though all my postal details were perfectly correct and postcode takes them to a road with a clearly visible village shop. My parcel was returned to warehouse saying that there was something missing from address. Why can't the UPS drivers ask a villager? Had to wait another 2 days for my parcel after a phone call to UPS customer service. Very disappointing.

Love the wallpaper and impressed with how soon it arrived, given the Xmas holidays. However the packaging wasn't substantial enough for 9 rolls of wallpaper and it was just luck that a roll hadn't escaped en route.

Very prompt delivery and product looks great. Only two gripes - the product turned up in a damaged parcel (agreed may not be fault of company) but luckily was ok. Other gripe is the description of the wallpaper could have been better as it didn't say it had glitter patterning instead said 'silver detail' which isn't as clear although the wallpaper does look great.

Order was not I noticed stock despite website suggesting it was. Payment was taken at time of order but delivery was not made until 2 months later. Website recommended I increase my order quantity by 1 roll but following application this was wrong so now I have unopened surplus paper.

I ordered on line, excellent , I included details of where it could be left in the event of me not being in but these were not put on the address label for the delivery driver consequently I had to go and collect it! I was not happy.

They had the right wallpaper available at a price below the manufacturer's RRP. However, the packing of the paper wasn't very good as it didn't really protect the ends of the rolls from damage. We were lucky that it was all in good condition.

Very pleased with wallpaper, only let down by the poor delivery service that they used (UPS) took 2 days to be delivered and would have taken more If we hadn't phoned UPS on a Saturday forcing UPS to hand deliver that day

Ordered 2 different wallpapers. First lot arrived very quickly. Still waiting on second lot and after tracking it says it tried to deliver and I was unavailable but no card left through letterbox. Looks like both wallpapers were delivered by different couriers which is annoying. Not had an update on the second lot yet

Although I only ordered a small amount of fabric, it still arrived well packaged and on a roll - unlike some other suppliers I've used. Great value for money. Speedy service - would definitely use again.

The incorrect fabric was sent to us, however despite this unfortunate mix up - once notified the company were fantastic in organising the deliver of the correct fabric and the pick up of the incorrect fabric.

Really pleased with wallpaper ordered and service provided by Jane Clayton and Company. However, not impressed with delivery. Waited 2 weeks and had to chase up Jane Clayton's to find out where my delivery was. Told UPS had tried to deliver. No note left by them. Jane Claytons located item. Had to go to really rough area of Bradford to collect item. Felt very intimidated in that area. Wouldn't choose to go there again.

Beautiful fabric but blinds don't hang well- string broke on day 2 which makes them hang wonky and is disappointing.

The wallpaper took a long time to come and I found it on several other sites at a cheaper price so I was a little disappointed! The wallpaper itself is absolutely beautiful and I may buy some more for other rooms.

Well actually I'm not happy yet. The fabric was badly printed which made it impossible to seam together. I am glad that something is being done to rectify the problem but it has caused delays for the person making the blinds for me. Hopefully it will be resolved eventually.

Fabric arrived promptly and was well packaged. Would have rated higher except that one piece of fabric was 10cm short of the 1 metre I had ordered.
