My Farrow and Ball wallpaper took some time to arrive and guess that's due to production but think that should be on the website before you order and when it did come packaged from Farrow and Ball the instructions were in French which wasn't much use. The Farrow and Ball shop said that I didn't get the free wallpaper paste that should have gone with the wallpaper but hey ho. The paper arrived and it is lovely.

Thank you for your review Tracey. All lead times are shown on the individual product pages and as Farrow & Ball wallpaper is printed to order, the lead time is 5-7 working days. We are sorry to hear that your instructions were printed in French but our customer service team would have been very happy to help rectify this if you had been in touch. We do not currently have a deal for free paste with our Farrow & Ball orders. We are glad that you are pleased with the paper however and will hope to hear from you again!

Ordered blinds and curtains. Quickly were advised of delay in material which we were happy to wait for however this became longer & longer which was disappointing. Very pleased with curtains however were disappointed with the quality of the blinds. We attached the baton of wood with the blind attached, however on fixing to the wall, the wood started to splinter/crack.

Goods were delayed. Poor communication. Otherwise very happy with the wallpaper, just didn’t arrive when expected and I had to keep chasing for updates. However I would still use this company again, but would lower my expectations on delivery times.

Whilst the fabric order arrived quickly samples seem to take about a week which is a long time when you are mid-project and trying to make decisions.

Thank you for your feedback Jane. We process our sample orders separately from our main orders and do state a 3-5 working day lead time on samples. I am sorry that this was longer than you expected. We will hope to hear from you again soon!

Love the wall paper and it arrived well packed - the only thing was we used the calculator on site to estimate the number of rolls - we are one whole roll over which we havent opened but we can not return it- its an expensive product so we have spent a lot more then we needed to. Disappointed that we can not return this as lots of other comapanies let you do this.

Sent to incorrect address causing delay and inconvenience. Address for deliveryto be sent to was correct on invoice sent to me but actually sent to billing address. I was out and then phoned UPS to redirect to correct address which was accepted, however they still tried to deliver to home address - this time not apparently needing a signature and left it in back porch. This is a problem with accuracy of delivery information given to UPS in first place, and followed by poor service by UPS, the actual turn around for order was fine.

The product is great. I found the website confusing (it explained the pack as 3 drops per roll and three rolls per pack). I therefore assumed I was buying nine rolls. I have had to buy another pack as a result and arrange for my decorator to come back. What is more, I was given the option to either pay £46 for this to be sent from your Romanian supplier express delivery or wait a month. I believe that the express cost should have been funded buy yourselves because of the confusion.

E-mail already sent about badly creased fabric, part of which is unusable. Photographs already sent - awaiting reply from Jane Clayton, who are in touch with supplier. Pleased in past with service, but not this time.

Ordering and delivery process is brilliant. Only issue is you cannot return one role of wallpaper. Everyone orders more than they need just incase of mistakes. With this in mind I would not order from them again, I would go somewhere which accepts returns

Disappointingly ordered before 1pm on Friday but told after I had paid that delivery wouldn’t be until Mon/Tuesday. Rang to place a second order yesterday for 9mtrs of fabric @£44/metre, asked if 25% discount still available, I was offered 10%. Within half an hour I received email from yourselves offering 20% which I would have been happy with. It’s a shame your customer service weren’t aware the emails were going out as in that half hour I ordered elsewhere. Bonus for me was I got a better price and free postage.

The fabric was very loosely rolled onto the tube and had regular creases down the 2 metre length. I am relieved to say that they ironed out.

Looking for fabric on the website is tortuous - it really does not work very well. However, there is a fantastic choice and delivery was quite quick.

Delivery was on time but on inspection of the material we noticed an in-grained mark running down the width of the material. Fortunately we were able to avoid using this section but if we had needed the whole length we would have been scuppered.

I like the material of the blind and it goes well in the nursery in our house. However I am a bit disappointed with the quality, the finish doesn’t seem as good as other made to order blinds I have purchased in the past from less expensive shops. Something missing is the lock on the blind string, I was really suprised that the blind didn’t come with this.

Make sure you read the small print, unable to return roll of wall paper costing £97.00 part of 3 rolls. Wish I had now gone to John Lewis.

Initially I was very happy with my cushions. They seemed well made and looked good. However after sitting near to them for a while I noticed a faint unpleasant smell like sweaty feet, which I eventually realized was coming from the feathers inside the cushion pad. I had to replace them other cushion pads

The fabric and customer service was excellent, but the packaging (via third parties) was really excessive. Huge cardboard tubes and plastic for 1 meter of fabric.

Unfortunately it is down to our suppliers discretion, as to how they package fabrics. This may be due to the fabric being highly delicate or expensive, therefore extra precaution has been taken to keep the quality at its finest. We really hope to hear from you again!
