When ordering a particular wallpaper, the service was fabulous and we were informed that they had 22 rolls in stock,(we only wanted 11 rolls) but subsequently, 3 days later,we were informed that Clayton's supplier had none in stock and that we would have to wait a number of weeks before they would be available. The fact that Claytons do not carry stock would deter me from ordering through that company again.

Dissatisfied with their refund and exchange policy, My first order I placed I made an error. I want to return the unopened roll of wallpaper and exchange for the one I really wanted. They do not carry stock in house. I don’t understand why Sanderson couldn’t take back as the one I wanted was a Sanderson also ? So an expensive and a genuine mistake on my part. Spent over £200 in the end. Then UPS apparently couldn’t find the delivery address. So not a good first time experience.

I would give 5 stars, if Jane Clayton did not use UPS as courier. More often than not the UPS drivers cannot be bothered to ring my doorbell and enter the lift to 5.th. floor. The worst shipping company on the planet. I pay Jane Clayton for delivery. Jane Clayton presumably pays UPS. And UPS just doesn't care.

We ordered our wallpaper in April and received it August 14th because of lockdown. Obviously, we really wanted it sooner to finish decorating our room but we recognise that this was beyond Jane Clayton's control and we had very good communication via Lucy up to the delivery day.

Nice easy website, excellent speedy service my only reason for not giving five stars which I would love to of done was due to the damaged box. When my wallpaper arrived the whole of the top of the box was completely torn off. Luckily all the rolls of wallpaper were still in one piece and all rolls ordered were there. The rolls of wallpaper had to much room to move about in the box and as we know these items we order on line are not exactly treated gently by all relevant bodies involved. Anyway apart from that I would still use again, lovely choice of papers etc and staff are very helpful.

I ordered wallpaper and paste. They both arrived promptly, but the base of paste container was badly damaged and most of the paste had spilled into its cardboard packaging. I contacted Jane Clayton and had an immediate response. Their communication has been very good, but their supplier informed them, several days later,that they did not have the paste I needed in stock. This meant that it would have arrived too late for my decorator to use. They are giving me a refund and I have a very messy package to dispose of.

Not the best quality paper as it’s not very thick / durable...... tears easy also. However I do love the print and colour. I’d recommend lining walls first.

I ordered interlined full length curtains in early January. They seemed a good price compared to John Lewis, however there was a considerable delay in delivery (not till mid-March, once I had chased) as they were waiting for the material and when they arrived I don't think that the quality is as good as John Lewis (who I usually use) - I deliberately overestimated the height and width to give a voluptuous feel, yet they only just fit in length and aren't wide enough for the pole. Also the triple pinch pleat tape used feels like its made of very hard and rigid plastic, unlike any of my other triple pleated curtains. Overall I feel disappointed.

Wallpaper Delivery was 4 days which was expected. It’s a shame the online shop didn’t recommend the corresponding adhesive which I had forgotten but I expect much more these days.

Fabric is slightly more expensive than on other sites but i needed it urgently and other sites were out of stock.. Postage cost is rather excessive

Quick delivery thankyou. Quite a small sample, not showing all the available colours in the pattern, so hard to use it to match to paint etc.

Fast delivery however if you calculate wrong they do not accept returns which I find pretty unfair so will not use this company again.

We are so sorry that we were not able to accept the excess wallpaper back from your order. I understand that a member of our customer services team has been in direct contact with you and explained our returns policy. Unfortunately, as we are an online retailer and do not hold stock, it is our policy that we are unable to accept part returns of wallpaper orders. Due to this policy we offer a sample service, free reservations and a quantity guidance system. For any future orders, it may be worth asking ourselves and/or a decorator for advice on quantities before making a decision. Very happy with the service - quick and efficient. Not so happy with the wall paper. We only ordered three rolls and two of them were defective towards the end of the roll which is very disappointing when considering the price.

Very good service regarding the order. However I didn't order a sample because I knew what I wanted. However I ordered it on Wednesday morning and it is Friday and it is on the wall. My decorator over estimated and there are two full rolls unopened. At£72 a roll (£144) 2rolls and in time to return to the same batch ,I would appreciate a refund or credit note. Please could you consider this as an act of good will.

Fantastic range of products. However delivery was slow and my wallpaper was delivered to the wrong address. I had to go and collect it myself

My Farrow and Ball wallpaper took some time to arrive and guess that's due to production but think that should be on the website before you order and when it did come packaged from Farrow and Ball the instructions were in French which wasn't much use. The Farrow and Ball shop said that I didn't get the free wallpaper paste that should have gone with the wallpaper but hey ho. The paper arrived and it is lovely.

Thank you for your review Tracey. All lead times are shown on the individual product pages and as Farrow & Ball wallpaper is printed to order, the lead time is 5-7 working days. We are sorry to hear that your instructions were printed in French but our customer service team would have been very happy to help rectify this if you had been in touch. We do not currently have a deal for free paste with our Farrow & Ball orders. We are glad that you are pleased with the paper however and will hope to hear from you again!

Ordered blinds and curtains. Quickly were advised of delay in material which we were happy to wait for however this became longer & longer which was disappointing. Very pleased with curtains however were disappointed with the quality of the blinds. We attached the baton of wood with the blind attached, however on fixing to the wall, the wood started to splinter/crack.
