Difficult to rate fairly as ordered during the Christmas period so there was a delay before
despatching my order. This was perfectly acceptable. There was good tracking facilities available for my package and delivery was planned the day following despatch but even though all my postal details were perfectly correct and postcode takes them to a road with a clearly visible village shop. My parcel was returned to warehouse saying that there was something missing from address. Why can't the UPS drivers ask a villager? Had to wait another 2 days for my parcel after a phone call to UPS customer service. Very disappointing.
