Rang to ask advice on quantity of wallpaper required, as advised on website, due to paper having a half match drop and was told I would be emailed calculations. Nothing has arrived on email so ended up having to order on my own estimate so can only hope I've ordered correctly. No point having this service if nobody actually calculates for you to order. Delivery service good though, on time.

Hi, I called you this morning to arrange returning excess, unopened wallpaper and was told the return address and details would be emailed to me to me directly. Unfortunately I have not yet received this information. I would be grateful if you could email the information as soon as possible. Otherwise, your service and wallpaper has been very good.

Received quickly, although the colour on the website suggested a much brighter colour blue than it is in reality, expected turquoise (Sanderson mobiles)

Thank you for your review Claire. We are sorry to hear that the product you received was not quite the colour you expected. We do suggest that our customers always order samples of the product they are interested in to make sure that the colour is correct, as the colour on screen can differ slightly. We are pleased that your order arrived promptly and hope that you are able to complete your project.

Delivery was an issue. I ordered on Monday morning and with 3-5 days delivery, expected the order by Friday. However when I called on friday it was confirmed the order would be with me on Monday a full 6 working days after the order. I had to pay £20 for next day delivery on Saturday so I could work over the weekend. Disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry that your delivery did not happen in the time scale stated and that you incurred extra cost to get your order on time. We love the wallpaper which was delivered promptly but we took advice about how much we need and have nearly two full rolls left which is annoying.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you have wallpaper left over. We would always advise that customers put a roll on reserve if they are unsure about how much they are going to need as we are unable to take back part returns of wallpaper.

Price was good, and the right item came in good condition. Just took a long time to be delivered (approx 8 days for a roll of wallpaper).

Thank you for your review. The lead time on our Sanderson products is 3-5 working days and according to our records we delivered your parcel on the 4th working day after your order was placed. This was 6 days, including the weekend, after your order was placed. We can offer express deliveries for urgent orders if need be.

Some of our suppliers have longer lead times than others and all delivery information can be found on each individual product page. A member of our team will be in touch with you directly to investigate why your order took longer than it should have.

Pleased with the fast dispatch and delivery, however the fabric has dirty marks on the back which is rather annoying. Hopefully it won't show when it is made into the curtains.

Really disappointed with the time it took to dispatch & deliver the fabric, having order fabric by Internet before & had next day delivery, not next week!

Thank you for your review. It is great to receive feedback from our customers as this is always very useful. With regards to lead times, most of the products on our website have a lead time of 3-5 working days. We show lead times for each product on each individual product page to make it as clear as possible to our customers. We also have a customer service team who can help you with any queries regarding our delivery times. We are always happy to help and welcome any customers to give us a call if in any doubt about our products or service.

After receiving an immediate email informing me that orders are processed quickly, I expected my order to arrive in two to three days. However, after hearing no more for four or five days, I emailed you to find out what was happening with my order. I received a quick reply saying my order would arrive about four days later. It did, in the end, arrive quicker than that. The information from the delivery company was very good. I think it would help customers in future if you gave them some idea of delivery times earlier on.

I'm very worried about my order 31266.........the striped fabric has arrived at the address advised but not the check one.I've just phoned but got through to the wrong department and all your lines were busy.PLEASE get back to me ASAP...preferably by phone ..01905 771652...or email. I purchased 6 fabric swatches , which came through in 'dribs and drabs’ over a four week period. A bit irritating that it took so long but I guess that companies you service might not be efficient in sending their samples back to you and it’s probably not practical to hold a full complement of samples in store.

Thank you for your review, Jane. It's good for us to get some feedback from our customers. It looks like your sample order took much longer to arrive than expected. We order all of our samples in from our suppliers, and do, very occasionally, experience a delay. This is something we're working very hard to fix and can only apologise that we hadn't picked up on this sooner! We hope to hear from you again.

I accidentally ordered fabric instead of wallpaper - I thought that I had checked carefully but the webpage was ambiguous. When I called up to discuss exchange I was told quite bluntly that they would not accept fabric back, with no apology. I realise that it was my mistake, but the customer service I received was not very polite. The fabric is in fact lovely and very good quality (Beatrix Potter) and so I will make the best out of my mistake and have a blind and cushions made, but the customer service was not what I would have hoped for, which is why I have only rated it at normal.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on cut lengths of fabrics and do feel that our website is very clear. We're very sorry that you were unimpressed with the customer service you received and we hope to rectify this in the future.

The website is good and I was able to order easily. I initially got an email saying my order would be delayed by a month, which I didn't really mind as I wasn't in a rush. Then a few days later I had a letter through my door saying they had tried to deliver my parcel. I was surprised and confused as I wasn't expecting the parcel and hadn't had an email to say it was coming. I am happy with my purchase but couldn't rate it higher due to the confused communication.

Occasionally, items will come back into stock sooner than expected and we always aim to get these out to our customers as soon as possible. Clearly the change in circumstance wasn't communicated to you and we can only apologise for this.

Quick delivery but slow confirmation of order. And policy about returning only full order of wallpaper is awkward. If it's wrapped, untouched and presumely customer pays for postage what's the issue?

Thanks for the review, Lisa, it's great to get some feedback from our customers. Confirmation of your order is automatic should be instant. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept part returns. Our wallpapers are batch printed and we are therefore unable to resell them.

I ordered a sample, which arrived on time and is lovely but very small and you can't see the full print- would be better to have a larger piece that covers full print or two pieces that shows all the colours. For example there's a green leaf and an orange stem that I know are on the print but I can't see on my sample.

Hi Nicola, we're sorry to hear that the Harlequin sample you received did not include sufficient detail of the "Silhouette" pattern. We have ordered you a larger sized sample. I hope this is helpful!
