I feel let down by the delivery. We still haven't received our fabric. The item stated delivery om 3-5 working days but it wasn't shipped until day 5. UPS are the courier and they are a nightmare. The item has been with them being delayed every day without any explanation for a week now.

Thank goodness the rug is lovely and better then expected as delivery was a wait!!!! Customer service very slow to reply to enquiries. Could do to work on the company’s communication skills slightly.

Firstly my order was delayed by about 10 days and then I was sent the wrong order. In the event this was sorted out reasonably quickly so I at last have my fabric.

Really pleased with the finished blind but Customer Service doesn't align with cost of products. After 6 weeks of waiting I had to chase the order to be told it was being dispatched that week. It never arrived so I chased again and apparently delays were in dispatch, but JC didn't think to inform me. Then eventually delivery day came, waited in to the refresh the tracking to see that they attempted delivery - they did not and left it with a neighbour who's house didn't exist. After walking the road he found it strewn across a neighbours drive lying in the great British weather!

To be honest the rug is brown not gold / yellow. Website photos have a lot of colour saturation applied, which makes the product look more vibrant than it is in reality.

We have regularly had Colefax & Fowler from Jane Clayton and been very happy with the results. Sadly this time our decorator found the paper of poorer quality, harder to work with and one length had to be discarded as ithad a green discolouration on the reverse which showed through . Fortunately we had ordered sufficient to cover the area. The price per roll was slightly higher than in previous purchases. It will make us cautious in our choice of wallpaper in the future.

Placed order in early February , no details on site stating it wasn’t in stock. Contacted same day to notify it would arrive 18/3/24 and was I happy to wait - then I had 2 more emails over the following weeks delaying delivery - last one saying May but the rug finally arrive early April only to find it was a different rug to what I had ordered. Nice enough rug so I kept it rather than the hassle of returning and waiting again

I have yet to receive my samples and have no had a confirmation email that they have been sent. Otherwise I very much appreciated that you offer samples for free and have such a range of beautiful fabrics.

I was / am very pleased with the fabric although my upholsterer said it was more suited to curtains than upholstery although it showed on website suitable for upholstery . Forth slightly it’s an occasional piece of furniture. Love the print though. It’s gorgeous.

Roman Blind was not threaded to last baton. Was happy to repair myself if they sent the correct fixing. Have telephoned three times and emailed photos but no update on when small part will be posted. Apparently they will update “when they can” - just need one small part ! The made correctly blind would be nice but over £400 for small blind unfinushed

We placed our order and got it! They don’t respond to emails. No information a head of time as to delivery. The website did the pick any address when you put the postcode in. Not there fault but we had to get 1 packages from another house. Cheaper options and friendly staff who answer the phone. We ended up with a couple of deliveries 1 coming when we where away which had I known I would have asked to hold!

I ordered a rug and paid for this online through the website. Unfortunately, I received a message a few days later to say the rug was out of stock. Could I suggest your website is updated in line with your supplier’s stock to avoid any disappointment in the future. I then ordered a replacement rug which did not arrive within the 5-10 days timeframe provided. I did receive a message advising me there would be a delay with the delivery.

Excellent service with delivery and prompt updates. Email response is slow unfortunately I had the last roll of the batch. Ran a bit short so had to order from new batch roll. It was a lot of difference unfortunately. Would have appreciated if they company told me in advance: it’s the last roll so I could have made an informed decision

The fabric I ordered was very different to the picture shown on the website. Sadly I couldn’t return it as I was in hospital.

The material is excellent (5star). Unfortunately the samples which we needed to choose the correct colour arrived after the purchase needed to be made. Perhaps in is just the Royal Mail ‘s fault!
