“Have been using JC for many years now and have always received my fabrics and wallpapers well wrapped and packaged and delivered quickly. I have had to email to check something out and was so happy to receive an almost instant reply, very helpful. They websIt's is easy to navigate and the amount of choice is mind blowing, excellent. I particularly love the fact you can get samples, mostly good sizes, and half meters in some fabrics. I would definitely recommend this company, they are my first port of call for all things fabric and wallpaper.”

“I bought a beautiful Loren Canals rug from Jayne Clayton and am very pleased with my purchase. This company has a wide range of beautiful products on offer and I shall definitely purchase from them again. Communication on delivery updates and dispatch and delivery could be improved. However I suspect like many companies during this difficult time they are struggling to keep up with orders. I didn't mind waiting for my item but it would have been nice to have more information about expected dispatch and delivery dates.”

“wallpaper arrived quickly but fabric didn’t arrive. I had to contact them twice even though I was told they would call me back. They claimed fabric was lost/damaged even though I had never received tracking details. Fabric was reordered and arrived very quickly after receiving tracking details confirming my thoughts that they had not put the order through first time.”

“You are a great company to deal with apart from one thing. Getting samples from you takes ages and they don’t all come together making it difficult to keep track of what is outstanding.”

“This took a while to arrive, perhaps due to Covid restrictions, but it did not matter as I haven’t yet been able to hang it - waiting for other stuff to be fixed. It looks nice and was well packed.”

“Unfortunately after chasing your company three times for a sample swatch (I did receive an email reply from you but it still didn’t speed thing up), I gave up waiting and contacted the Warwick material company direct - they sent me a sample swatch which arrived within 3 days. I then ordered 3 meters of the same material from you. A week later my original sample swatch turned up from your company along with a voucher for 10% off my first order with you - too late for me to use this with my first order so very frustrated by this too! Not a great 1st impression I’m afraid...”
