“I ordered 6 rolls of wallpaper from Jane Clayton-the person who took my order was extrememy helpful and knowledgeable-her advice was invaluable. The parcels arrived from 2 companies and I knew exactly when they were due to arrive. The products are stunning and I even bought wallpaper glue from Jane Clayton. I will use the company again. The prices were very competetive too!”

“The measure of every company is how they help or put things right when there has been an error......my error that I over ordered but no one answered the phone then when they left me a message saying they would get back to me, they didn't”

I have reviewed your enquiry and can see that when your request was made to adjust your order down to two rolls, the order had already been dispatched, so it was too late for our Customer Service team to make any order amendments. As we were unable to take your first call, I can see that we have offered return postage at our cost as an apology for the delay, and have generated a pre-paid UPS label which was sent to you via email.
