“The wallpaper I received was fine but the CS wasn't. Within days of ordering I got an email to say my chosed wallpaper was reduced in the sale. So, since my order hadn't been dispatched, I emailed JC asking them to cancel the order. Then, I ordered it at the cheaper sale price. JC contacted me several days after this to say the order had been shipped and it couldn't be cancelled. Rather than just give me a good will partial refund, they then sent the second order and asked that I return one. This I did at a cost of over £7. Utterly ridiculous and a complete waste of my time and money. No, i wouldn't use them again.”

“The service was wonderful. I loved the colors and pattern of what I selected. I was surprised that it was a plush fabric. If that same print came in cotton or linen, I would be placing an order.”

“Really great range of wallpapers to choose from and good pricing. Staff very helpful and quick to answer any questions. The only issue was the wallpaper was damaged along the edge presumably during transport.”
