“Whilst the curtains I received were beautiful, they are not what I thought I was ordering. I exchanged emails with customer support prior to placing my order and received a clear measurement from them which I needed to provide my builder with for both bespoke bedroom furniture and track fittings. The curtains I received took up twice the amount I had been advised of. The team were really helpful and agreed to take the curtains back for alterations which I was told would take a week. Three weeks later I received the altered curtains which still do not meet the original specifications. I am now waiting on a reply to an email they have had for four business days. If you know exactly what you want they make beautiful curtains. If you need advice that you can rely on I would avoid.”

“Delivery was quick and the wallpaper was just as described, maybe even better! The wallpaper was relatively easy to put up, and looks fabulous. Has been a few days and the wallpaper shows no sign of falling down or being loose anywhere. Thank you!”
