“Very fast delivery and mostly nice samples. The only thing I would say is we had one pattern with very large repeat and the sample sent was basically a blank pice of cream paper.”

“Ordered a new area rug on March 29th. Received it July 3rd, only to notice major quality issues. Pieces of string poking out all over the carpet, ragged edges, stained portions of the rug. Totally not worth $800+ that we spent. We are extremely disappointed.”

“Good website and pricing but stock availability for the 30m i wanted was desperately poor. I looked at 6 options and only 1 had that level of stock available. Staff however are very good when contacted by phone”

I'm sincerely sorry for the difficulties with stock availability this time around, and can understand your disappointment with this. We aim to keep our website updated with plenty of options for suitable alternatives but on rare occasions, multiple products will have low stock levels, meaning that a quantity like 30 metres is not possible until a new print run goes ahead. “Excellent service. I ordered samples of wallpaper and curtain material first - both dispatched and received within a couple of days after speaking to a very helpful person on the phone. I then went ahead and ordered wallpaper and curtains to match. Wallpaper received again very promptly - excellent quality. The curtains I knew would take a few weeks, but once received were lovely and beautifully made. Couldn't fault Jane Clayton and would use again.”
