“Fast and efficient but cost of same wall paper ordered at different times varies considerably, by up to £20 a roll !”

“Unwilling to accept the return of one unopened roll of wallpaper. Had to seek consumer advice to learn that I am entitled under contract Sumer law to return it. The situation is unresolved”

“Was waiting two months for my order to arrive. Poor communication throughout. Wallpaper arrived and was very thin poor quality”

“My wallpaper was delivered the very next day, well packed and in perfect condition. The colour was not right for my room so i had to return the it. The returns process was faultless and efficient.....excellent communication. I would most definitely recommend this company.”

“Easy to use website and excellent communication from JC staff. Very polite and helpful. Wallpaper was out of stock but I was kept up to date. Eventually, the wallpaper was delivered slighty ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the purchase.”

“I ordered a sample a couple of times but due to delays receiving it, I ordered the wallpaper anyway. While great quality, it wasn't for me and the team have been helpful in helping me return it quickly.”

“After selecting pattern from samples provided I found the website easy to navigate and understand and all instructions were explicit. The blind arrived exactly when expected and we are delighted with it. Well made and looks stunning.”
