“This was as bad as admin gets for a company like this. Hopeless. In error I put my own name not the delivery name on the order for Italy. As soon as I received the order which specifically says to please check and contact us to amend any errors before dispatch i started to try calling. Never any reply at all, i called several time. The other option was an e mail. I emailed. No response at all for 48 hours by which time the consignment had been shipped. I got a reply to email very late and it was a waste of time. It cost me a lot of money to finally stop Italian customs sending the package back to the UK. Abslutely dreadful administration.”

“Bought William Morris & Co wallpaper at a good price - less than direct. The order process was easy online and the delivery was very quick and efficient. Also rang their customer services department before buying with queries which were all answered clearly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.”

“I purchased wallpaper for my baby’s nursery from Jane Clayton, along with 5kg of adhesive. Unfortunately, although the customer service was truly exceptional (special thanks to Rosie), the fact that I had to use it so much says everything about the overall experience. The adhesive arrived completely broken, open, and leaking everywhere. They sent a replacement, and while it wasn’t as bad, it still arrived damaged and unusable. In the end they refunded me, because I decided to purchase somewehere else as they were clearly not ready to sell/send this item. The wallpaper was meant to arrive within 10 working days and never did. I had to contact customer service again for an update, and only then was it resent via express delivery. So although everything was eventually sorted and customer service was lovely throughout, I can’t say the company feels reliable.”
