“I had an admin issue when ordering but resolved quickly by very helpful staff member. Great selection to choose from, wallpaper arrived nicely packaged. Looks good on the roll but not hung yet.”

“I am terribly, terribly disappointed with Jane Clayton & Company. I ordered a standard roll of Ohpopsi wallpaper which can also be purchased on the website for Next. Without opening the roll I have asked to return it in its original condition in the correct return window as the colour will not match the walls as I had hoped. Due to time constraints in getting the room ready for a visitor, I did not have time to order samples in advance. Jane Claytoln & Company have refused to accept the return saying this item is made to order. This is in small print on their website which I (like many people) would not expect or notice at the time of order of a standard roll of wallpaper. It appears to be a clear breach of the Distance Selling Regulations and there is absolutely nothing made to order about this standard wallpaper roll which can also be purchased identically on the website for Next who offer a return on it if required and who state it is designed and manufactured in the UK. Jane Clayton & Company will know which customer I am by this review. I hope that they will write an apology letter to my address asap and accept the return of this wallpaper. I have cancelled my individual email address I used with them to avoid future marketing from them so they will need to write a letter to me. Without resolution, I will not be shopping with Jane Clayton & Company again and would not recommend them.”

“This was my first purchase from Jane Clayton and it couldn't have been better. I'd been looking for a rug for some time and after false starts with other online retailers (two accepted my order/payment then said the rug was discontinued but are still showing it on their site), Jane Clayton came up in the search. Everything went smoothly from there. I love my new Brink & Campman rug - it's great quality and really adds warmth to the room. One very happy customer!”

“I have requested a number of samples from Jane Clayton, which have always been despatched promptly. Unlike the websites of (some) other companies, the process of ordering & paying for them online is a breeeze. Also, when telephoning and speaking to the company, the staff are helpful and, most importantly, knowledgeable. It makes a big difference.”

“All ordered fabric samples arrived swiftly and size of samples were large enough to make a decision as to appropriateness of projects. Sticky labels on back of samples are excellent information reference so there's no need to go back online to search out details.”
