“Fabric was great and reasonably priced. However, packaging was excessive and wasteful. I ordered one metre of fabric which would have fit in a large envelope. Instead it was sent wrapped on a heavy duty cardboard tube and encased in plastic. I had to throw away tube and plastic. This is irresponsible in terms of environmental impact, and excessive in costs.”

“Whilst the period from order to delivery was longer than anticipated - 13 weeks - teh headbpard is beautifully made. The delivery drivers were helpful, polite and well within the half hour eta provided.”
