“I was struggling to lay through the website and the webchat were so very helpful. They helped me place my order. Sent a link for payment and I had my beautiful wallpaper within days. Such helpful and efficient service. I’d most certainly recommend this site with confidence. They made the whole experience stress free.”

“Fantastic company. Delivery so quick, next day or 2 days. And very helpful on phone and via email even when very busy. Ordered Scroll Wallpaper by Morris & Co in light brick/buff as had this in a different colour in previous house. So delighted. Have papered whole room and really happy with result as we do love wallpaper.”

“Appalling customer service. It has taken weeks to address a small issue - and it’s still not even sorted yet. Everyone we have spoken to has been incredibly unhelpful and evasive. Our blinds (that aren’t broken) are lovely, but I really wish we had gone somewhere else with how much stress and frustration this has caused.”

“We've been dealing with Jane Clayton & Company for a long time, purchasing various products for our clients' projects, from wallcovering, fabrics, adhesives, design trims... and they have been ALWAYS amazing to deal with! Always promptly responding, fast deliverers and updates on any not-in-stock products, compare to other companies, they won't leave you hanging and waiting...
