“Great service. I received several samples of the paper to help me make a decision, once I ordered the wallpaper it arrived quickly and was well-packed. I would definitely recommend Jane Clayton”

“Excellent customer care and great prices. Item ordered was awaiting new print run which then got delayed at customs. I was kept informed at all times in an kindly and efficient manner. All my emails were answered within hours. On arrival with seller they were couriered to me to meet a deadline I had for their arrival. Amazing service. Thoroughly recommend this business.”

“I am not sure what Scion Living is, but have been asked to review Jane Clayton and Co. This is not a review of Scion Living, nor should they claim it as such. My experience with JC & Co was great. They responded quickly to all of my queries and helped to track my lost order (not their fault, this was DHL). However, I would recommend they switch to using a different courier service, if possible. I realise this review makes me sound slightly mad.”

“Professional, helpful and efficient. After a few purchases of fabric, I ordered two pairs of curtains for my elderly neighbour. They were beautifully made. My only suggestion to further improve service would be to offer the excess fabric. I expect if I had asked I could have had it. When I make my own curtains, I like to keep leftover bits for other projects.”

“The service from Jane Clayton is good but once again UPS delivery has let them down as I received damaged fabric and this is not the only time buying from Jane Clayton that UPS have left the buying experience stressful.”
