“Inaccurate information provided about stock and delivery times. I made 2 purchases from Jane Clayton Co. 1st delivery delayed due to supply issues. Prior to making a second purchase, knowing that there was a deadline to this work, I contacted customer services to find out whether there were continued stock supplies with that product. I was informed that there were no issues and made purchase. Product was significantly again. Communication from this company for both purchases was poor. Next time, I’ll try a different company for wallpaper.”

“ordered curtains for our dining room. the original fabric had been discontinued but JC were quick to let me know and offer alternatives. I chose a new fabric and they arrived this week. They are well made and with the interlining padding them out make the room feel warm and cosy.”

“Great product and simple ordering system - the challenge was time taken to deliver the order. Ordered July - received November. ~3 full months of delivery being pushed back every time I checked. I've used JC before - and would use again - you just have to be prepared for products not being available randomly.”

“My order arrived quickly and I had an email telling me when to expect it. The only slight niggle was that the cardboard around the wallpaper had been damaged, but luckily the paper was unharmed.”

“Staff member Paige very helpful and proactive. Would have ordered curtains but for poor colour choice for lining fabric. Wanted ivory or similar but informed only cream or white possible - neither right for chosen curtain fabric.”

“I had 2 pairs of curtains made for bedrooms. Material was lovely and it made up very well. I've always made my own curtains but it's become hard work as I've got older. This option to have them made was a good choice, thank you”

“Item was good, however after paying £8.15 for two short strips of chord, to be charged £6.95 for delivery fir a package that couldve been sent in an envelope which took three weeks is a joke.”
