“I recently ordered a door curtain in Osborne & Little Mikado fabric. I've always used a local lady to make my curtains but due to her retirement, I decided ( a little apprehensively in view of the cost if I made a mistake) to try Jane Clayton. It was a very smooth process. Fabric samples were delivered promptly, the ordering instructions were really easy to follow and I have been impressed by the quality of the lined goblet pleat curtain. Looks rich and luxurious and I am very pleased overall. Thank you”

“A slight problem with delay on delivery. As most things, due to Covid. Love the wallpaper and feel my worries regarding delivery was addressed and felt the Jane Clayton company were very efficient and helpful. Will definitely use them again.”

“I would have given a 5 star review if there had at least been some communication about my order at some point before delivery , I had to email them and then got a response and the delivery just turned up with no warning at all , then I I got an email saying it’s on its way when it had already been delivered and fortunately I was in and able to take delivery .”

“Order made in January came by 3 separate deliveries with the last part- the wallpaper -arriving mid March. The paste and seam roller were of little use until I received the paper! I was not advised of this delay when browsing the website or on placing the order. When I complained I was advised that the company do not hold any stock.”

We do try to communicate any delays with our customers as quickly as possible via email and we can see our customer service team was in touch with you at various points to discuss the delays. We do our best to make it clear that orders from separate brands will arrive at different times due to us not holding our own stock. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review.

“Jane Clayton ordered their material to be delivered from France but failed to understand how to navigate the new customs system so the material never arrived, meaning we have been without curtains for 2 months now. In addition, they have been utterly confused by the whole situation so we as customers have been caught between dealing them and the delivery company. No one knows anything, including where the curtains are, except the fact they’ve taken our money.”
