“I got no help from Customer Service when I realised I had made a mistake with my order, and contacted them immediately as I needed fire retardant finish on my material. When I tried to cancel I was told the order had already gone through. The website says things can be returned within 14 days, but when I tried to return I was told the small print in the terms and conditions said I could not. So many ways of saying “computer says no”.”
