“Wonderfully professional company to deal with. The team at Jane Clayton went out of their way to help me piece-match fabric on a previous order from John Lewis, which they did with ease. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Highly sophisticated business. Highly recommended to anyone in need of a professional interior design specialist or contractor.”

“I thought that the website was easy to use, and I appreciated the ability to order a sample of wallpaper however, given that the wallpaper I chose had many colors, I would have hoped that this swatch included some of those colors and not just the area that had cream and gold. I understand that one can’t predict what segment of a pattern one will get but in a geometric pattern with some unusual colors, I would think common sense would have dictated the choice of the sample to send. I’m not willing to try to get another one (even at only $10) because I may get the exact same rather boring part of the color palette.”

“Bonjour, Je ne peux donner un avis sur les produits commandés puisque je ne les ai pas reçus et échange plusieurs mails par jour avec UPS qui se moque de moi. UPS m'avait informé que la livraison interviendrait le 15 octobre. Puis hier, j'ai été informée que la livraison aurait lieu entre 10h30 et 12h30. Je viens recevoir un mail me disant que la livraison est retardée. Mon nom a été modifié pour une raison que j'ignore (je vous transfère les mails d'UPS) et je vous demande d'intervenir en URGENCE auprès d'UPS pour que la livraison soit effectuée demain à Véronique DE LA HOUGUE Interphone : HOUGUE adresse : 2 rue du COLOMBIER - 4ème étage - 45000 ORLEANS. Merci pour votre intervention.”
