“We ordered a pair of bespoke curtains to our own measurements after very usefully phoning customer services about a couple of heading/pinch pleat queues. Excellent information given. Curtains arrived before expected time and are exactly what we wanted”

“I sent for sample wallpapers. I received a notice from Royal mail 7/11 indicating they had a received a parcel from your company which would be delivered Friday 8 November between 8.32am and 12:32pm. I waited in. it didn't arrive. I quizzed the postman who knew nothing about it. I then delivered another notice indicating the delivery would be Saturday between 8:25 am and 12:25pm. I didn't wait in but took delivery from the postman on my way out. The samples were helpful in the sense that I decided to go with a Morris wallpaper, but I will not be placing the order with your company as I find the delivery service unreliable and I already have a decorator booked. Regretable I know, but reliability is a very important part of service delivery.”

“I ordered the material on the weekend and it was immediately despatched, arriving within 2 days. The material is a lovely quality and I am currently making curtains. Excellent service and very happy with the quality of the product and speed of service. Thank you”
