“I love the fabric and was amazed by how quickly it shipped to the US. I will be purchasing fabric from JC & Co again! I am mid-way through a year-long remodel and am so happy with how this piece of furniture turned out, I can't wait until everything is done.”

“Ordered wallpaper which took longer to arrive than was expected. Jane Clayton kept me informed of the delay however and posted on promptly once they received it. Very pleased with the service and wallpaper. Great job, thank you.”

“I ordered my beautiful fabric online, and had trouble with the online form. I contacted Jane Clayton and they responded to my email very promptly. I had other queries and each time they were prompt and very helpful. My parcel arrived in just over 10 days (UK to Australia) and was packed well. I can’t wait to see my upholstered stool!! Thanks Jane Clayton- great team you have Joanne Walker 😀👍”

“Inaccurate information provided about stock and delivery times. I made 2 purchases from Jane Clayton Co. 1st delivery delayed due to supply issues. Prior to making a second purchase, knowing that there was a deadline to this work, I contacted customer services to find out whether there were continued stock supplies with that product. I was informed that there were no issues and made purchase. Product was significantly again. Communication from this company for both purchases was poor. Next time, I’ll try a different company for wallpaper.”

“ordered curtains for our dining room. the original fabric had been discontinued but JC were quick to let me know and offer alternatives. I chose a new fabric and they arrived this week. They are well made and with the interlining padding them out make the room feel warm and cosy.”
