“Prices used to be pretty good but recently I wanted to order some HP 301 ink cartridges and found them much cheaper elsewhere.”

“This is not a criticism but there were some problems. The cartridges that were supposed to be compatible with my HP Pro 6830 were not. I am still awaiting a new batch to see if the new set work. However the staff have been very helpful. Peter Fox”

“This order was cancelled by Internet Ink because they made a pricing error on their website. When they corrceted the error it increased the price from £12 for two packs to £19 for one pack. I can buy cheaper than this elsewhere.”

“Original order didn't turn up but after i contacted them i did receive the order however the color ink was faulty, they did replace it free of charge obviously but the time from the original order to my being able to print out what i needed was ages . however i have marked as middle as i havent had problems with this company before this”

“I like the price - very good. Price in stores eg Comet and PC World are almost three times as much! However, I found the internet - ink cartridges did not last as long. Perhaps the downside to a low price!”

“The ones that work are ok but one big black cartridge spewed ink as I was dropping it in. Tried washing it off my hand straight away but proved impossible. Next day it came off very easily in the shower. Ditched the cartridge and opened another, working well.”

“the inks are not liked by my Epson printer had to spend 3 hours with them getting it to work, told me I must use Epson inks, also the inks I put in have only lasted 2 weeks”

“Orders arrive quick sharp. I 'be used this company for Epson compatible ink for years. Never messed up a printer yet. I have had the occasional duff cartridge but pleased to say it's not happened too often. Considering the price saving I'd say overall 'not bad'...”

“I have selected Normal as the rating but this does not convey very much. The cartridges were competitively priced and quickly delivered. They fitted my printer (Epson XP-520) easily and worked at once, despite a brief protest message from the printer about non-standard ink. For simple purposes, e.g. printing the display I am now writing to, the ink was excellent. However, my main printer use is for photographs and unfortunately the colours, though vivid, did not match the range visible on screen. In particular, light browns came out too dark. OK for snaps, but I'm a fairly serious photographer. On replacing the tanks with Epson I needed to do three nozzle-cleans before the printer worked properly again. But I am glad I tried your cartridges and sorry that I had to revert to the expensive Epsons.”

“Good company which is easy to deal with. Unfortunately the Epson ink I bought is definitely not as black the the original Epson ink which came with my printer and this gives documents a slightly shabby look. This matters to me so I will not be buying this again. However if you can accept slightly substandard documents then the ink is good value.”

“The service offered was very good but the compatible inks had a totally unacceptable colour cast (green) on my canon printer which was virtually impossible to correct so I can't use them and won't be buying any more. Cheap is not necessarily good value! Sorry but that's the way it is.”

“I have used this company for several years. There service has always been excellent. I buy, amongst other items, the HP10 compatible ink cartridge. Be aware that they have recently changed this product and now only fill it with 30ml of ink, not the 69ml it is designed for.”

“Quality of ink appears good and value is excellent. Only drawback is that Canon printer does not recognise the cartridge to show level of ink remaining etc. In fact it treated it as empty which caused a problem till I worked out how to override this.”

“Good product, fast service, but the website process does need improvement. The captcha is often indecipherable, and several attempts are needed to get through - how about a button to click to bring up another one. Also audio is normally used to improve accessibility.”
