Put new cartridges into my printer yesterday and did a couple of test sheets and when I looked how much ink that had used they were already half used. Couldn't believe it. So not much ink in the cartridges so very disappointed, used to get a lot more use out of a cartridge. Thinking of trying another make. Might get a new printer soon anyway.

When I placed my last order No. 4511988 , I sent you an Email (on your contact us system) at the same time, letting you know that a few of the ink packs that I had received from my previous order ( No 4426497) were not recognised ( and would thus not operate) on my printer. I had expected to receive a courtesy reply to this communication, but, to date, I have heard nothing whatsoever from you - that is , quite frankly, rather disappointing. I had , previously, found your company to be attentive to customer needs, and perhaps this was a glitch. I await your further comments. Graham Sutton

I usually use Lexmark ink cartridges but Internet-Ink was recommended to me so tried their own brand ink cartridges. The black ink cartridge worked ok but had to send the colour cartridge back for replacement. Customer service was excellent but was disappointed with quality of replacement colour cartridge unfortunately. Will probably stick with Lexmark in future.

Unfortunately the cartridges do not seem to last anything like as long as suggested, although the people are helpful.

Unfortunately the two HP cartridges I've had off you ( your own make not HP) have failed on me. I spent money on getting the biggest one and yet again, despite a head clean, does it print complete pages, where font is missing etc. I use a HP cartridge and I have no problems. It is now a problem as I can not write my menus or wine list s using your ink as I cannot rely on it. Shame really as your price is good - shame the cartridges are shoddy. I haven't complained or asked for my money back , and also didn't use the 10% voucher as I believe in supporting smaller companies - but I'm afraid you've disappointed me twice Jason Blown Director

Tried several times changing my delivery address with no success, which means I will miss the delivery and have to drive a round trip of c5 miles to a post office sorting depot.

Have ordered before - Epson T1811 - T1814 XL COMPATIBLE ink cartridges. Service was fast. Not too happy with the cartridges. Don't seem to last very long and computer says they're empty when there is still some ink in.

Unfortunately, one of the colour cartridges failed, and was printing everything, in red...... I have substituted with another colour cartridge, and that's fine. As discussed earlier today with one of your colleagues I am returning this for a replacement. When you return the cartridge, could you include the original Invoice, as I have mislaid the initial one. The last time I ordered I received the wrong pack of ink which has never happened before,gave them to a compatible friend.........My email address and my password don't always work until I try to register then tells me im already registered.then lets me in............Overall a very good service at very good prices!

I have been a customer for a year or so. In the beginning the cartridges were ok. However my recent experience has not been that good. I received a colour cartridge which had leaked quite badly. This was replaced by your customer service department. However I have just had to replace a cartridge which dried up daily and had to be placed in warm water to make it work. Finally my printer generated a black cartridge fault message and could not be unblocked any more. I am now considering a new supplier.

My refilled HP ink cartridge failed soon after it was installed, I will not be buying refilled cartridges any more (from any where) it just is not worth the trouble.

My ink used to be delivered by Royal Mail. Because internet ink remove the surplus packaging the ink could easily be delivered through my letter box. It appears that delivery arrangements have changed and internet ink now use DPD. This is causing me a real problem and it is quite likely that I will have to move to a different ink supplier.

We still use Royal Mail 1st class post for the majority of orders dispatched. However, for larger orders and high value orders, we find our courier service offers a better service than Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. 1st Class Royal Mail delivery will usually take 1-3 days and is untraceable and has a small risk of being lost in post. Courier is next day and track-able. (The above is stated in our terms & conditions) I have taken a look at your order value and due to the high value content we feel that it was much safer being sent by courier rather then Royal mail. Viewing your previous orders on occasion you have happily received our orders by courier. If this is not acceptable means of delivery for yourself then please get in touch with our customer support team prior to ordering.

The end came came off the light cyan ink. This resulted in quite a loss of ink. Had this not happened I think I could have recommended your company. For some reason this cartridge was different than the rest. Did not load your cartage as I was afraid of a lot of ink leakage.Used a genuine Epson Cartridge instead. T.REID
