My refilled HP ink cartridge failed soon after it was installed, I will not be buying refilled cartridges any more (from any where) it just is not worth the trouble.

I am sorry that you have received a faulty product and this has put you off. We are more than happy to rectify this situation for you. As you can see from our other reviews, faulty products are very rare and that many customers are saving £££££'s from buying our inks! My ink used to be delivered by Royal Mail. Because internet ink remove the surplus packaging the ink could easily be delivered through my letter box. It appears that delivery arrangements have changed and internet ink now use DPD. This is causing me a real problem and it is quite likely that I will have to move to a different ink supplier.

We still use Royal Mail 1st class post for the majority of orders dispatched. However, for larger orders and high value orders, we find our courier service offers a better service than Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. 1st Class Royal Mail delivery will usually take 1-3 days and is untraceable and has a small risk of being lost in post. Courier is next day and track-able. (The above is stated in our terms & conditions) I have taken a look at your order value and due to the high value content we feel that it was much safer being sent by courier rather then Royal mail. Viewing your previous orders on occasion you have happily received our orders by courier. If this is not acceptable means of delivery for yourself then please get in touch with our customer support team prior to ordering.

The end came came off the light cyan ink. This resulted in quite a loss of ink. Had this not happened I think I could have recommended your company. For some reason this cartridge was different than the rest. Did not load your cartage as I was afraid of a lot of ink leakage.Used a genuine Epson Cartridge instead. T.REID

Good quick delivery, but would like to see more reduced prices. As we update the printer, we seem to pay higher and higher prices.

Our price are very competitive in the current market, and don't forget to use your 10% loyalty discount code! As cartridges become more popular you will notice the price deflate.

the last 2 colour cartidges have only lasted a few months ,have just recieved 3rd and on 1 st print colour is very pale why? May need to try alternative sellers sorry

All our ink cartridges have a 12 month guarantee. I have checked your order details and there are no notes, so I can only assume that you have not previously notified us of this issue. I thought I was ordering genuine HP ink cartridges .... but found they were counterfeit. Lost my HP discount points on installation.

Thank you for leaving a review. We do sell both the original and compatible ink cartridges. When ordering please bare this in mind. The difference in price usually reflects the difference as well as the product description. If the cartridges are still sealed and unused we will would welcome you to return the cartridges for a refund or upgrade to the originals.

I have purchased ink for my business from Internet-Ink for a long time. Sadly, the last order they posted me was incorrect due to a mistake on their part. While I appreciate that this happens sometimes, I wasn't happy with the procedure for returning the incorrect product and getting the right ones I had ordered as it took a long time to obtain the necessary help from them and Internet-Ink didn't seems to realise that they had inconvenienced me. If that were one of my customers I would have offered them a discount on future orders at the very least. An experience below the usual standard received at Internet-Ink.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with our service. I can only apologies once more for the error our dispatch team made and the inconvenience this may of caused you. As a testament to our strive for perfection, we take steps to prevent these types of error occur, this is why we ask to see a copy of your invoice with our dispatch stamp displayed. I can see that we received a copy and the correct items were sent out within 24hrs of you notifying us of the error.

Generally a good and efficient service - but on occasion I have ordered genuine HP cartridges only to find my printer says it does not recognise the purchased cartridge as genuine................

I ordered the standard twin-pack for my Hewlett Packard, incidentally saving about £40, and was delighted to receive my print heads within two days. However the black cartridge needed cleaning by flushing, and physical wiping of the print platen before it worked; a little irritating, but a small price to pay for a good quality product, which has proved economical to use in the past. The printer has been used for about 8 Years in producing a monthly publication, which has now ceased, but apart from routine cleaning the printer has worked magnificently and economically thanks to the use of your products since I discovered your website. Keep up the good work, the opposition can't match you for price or quality! John B.

Service is very prompt and pricing competitive, however I have just replaced the colour cartridge no. 344 on my HP printer, a refilled one, which leaked ink indelibly on my fingers. Not impressed. Further although the refilled cartridges are cheaper, with both our HP but particularly the Epsom, these cartridge are often rejected by the printed after a very short time as being "not recognised" or "empty" when clearly one can here the ink sloshing around inside. There are also procedures we can advise when the compatible cartridges show as empty or not recognised, depending on which cartridges are doing so. I have a Deskjet 3520 printer, and I wanted some black replacement inks. I found the list presentation confusing, but thought I had ordered HP 364 XL compatible cartridges. What arrived were the smaller, Photo black ink cartridges. It was not clear to whom I should return them, so I re-ordered them and sent sent the first lot back to Debdale (I think it was) and the new, correct ones arrived within a couple of days. I think the problem was selecting the right cartridges in the first place from an enormous and confusing list, plus a lack of clarity about returning the wrong ones. It would help if the volume of ink in each cartridge was clearly stated. In the event your response were very quick. Colin Smith.

I am am sorry to hear that you find the listings confusing. The cartridges are listed by the most popular product by default I.e the multipacks first and then individually. If you are looking for black ink cartridges, they are listed as follows: 1.HP 364XL Compatible Black Ink Cartridge 2.HP 364 XL Compatible Photo Black Ink Cartridge The photo black has, photo black in the title and also in the description. In each heading the full title is displayed along with the Ink capacity, page yield and stock availability. The HP cartridges can be confusing as some HP printers don't have a fifth carriage for the Photo black,many customers assume that it can be used as an alternative to the standard black. The black and the photo black are both available in the XL version too, this makes no difference to the size of the cartridges, it only relates too the ink capacity inside the cartridge.

First time I ordered, cartridge worked fine but delivery was longer than expected. Ordered again recently for another cartridge due to 10% code but on using new cartridge after arrival, it omly worked for a couple of prints and never worked after that. I brought another new one from an alternative shop and the printer has been working fine since.

Great inks, great prices. I've had a few service issues; on buying a saver multi-pack of cartridges, one of the black cartridges was missing on my most recent purchase. This was remediated efficiently by Internet Ink's team. I persuaded my father-in-law to start buying from Internet Ink. His printer requires separate black and colour cartridges forming a set. He bought multiple sets... and again the black cartridges were missing from the delivery. I doubt it's anything malicious. Just beware.

Can't really comment. You see that after putting my new ink cartridges into the machines (one a Hewlett Packard and the other an Epsom), none of them will work.
