Company says all cartridges are sent out same day of order first class mail, this is not quite true, usually takes about 3/4 days to receive, also confirmation email from company to say order has been shipped not sent till next day or 2 days after order placed. (this is on weekday-not weekend), order placed in morning times. upon placing very first order as a new customer they fall over themselves to help you & get deliverly out same day so arrives next day but after this all future orders are not sorted out straight away despite promises from customers service advisors on telephone & also online on website. despite all this prices are very good, even better if you manage to get a code giving 10% discount.

Thank you for your comments and I am sorry to hear that you are not pleased with our dispatch times. We do not offer free same day dispatch with our FREE Royal Mail 1st Class post delivery. Royal mail have an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working day. However we do have same day dispatch available if you choose priority delivery for 99p I have looked at your previous three orders and the first two were dispatched within 24hours, However your third order was not placed until Friday afternoon and all Friday afternoon orders are dispatched first thing Monday morning. We do endeavour to dispatch all orders within in 24hours and by keeping our overheads down we are able to continue to offer a free first class postal service. However, should we increase staffing then naturally we would have to look at funding this, and an option would be to have to charge for delivery. Our staff work extremely hard but are not here weekends and bank holidays.

I find that the use of your inks on my Canon printer are not acknowledged the computer continues to show that they are empty when they are not. I can print with your inks but do not know when they are empty. How can I get your inks to be acceptable on my printer?

It is common to get a low ink warning when using remanufactured cartridges as the print head contains electrical contacts that communicate with your printer. Because the cartridge is being reused your printer thinks that you have inserted an old ‘empty’ cartridge. Unfortunately there is no way to reset this information however I can assure you that the cartridges are fully checked and tested before they are dispatched. The only disadvantage to remanufactured cartridges is that you will not get any indication of when the ink is running out. However we would advise simply keeping a spare cartridge in stock and checking the quality of your prints when they begin to fade then you know it’s time for a new cartridge. I have a discount code which should be entered when ordering, and also the VAT should be deducted since I live in the Channel Islands. However, each time I have ordered there has been a problem with these things not being applied and I have to write separately after I have placed the order. I have been told that this is too time consuming and it can't be done this way any more. Therefore, could you please make it easier to get these deductions on the order page? Otherwise your prices are not competitive and I shall have to order elsewhere. Apart from this I am very pleased with the service quality of ink, etc.

We have never experienced any technical issues with our discount codes. discount codes only ever fail, if entered for a product that they are not valid on, or when the apply button has not been used. When you are entering the code as shown in your email please ensure that you click on apply code before proceeding to the checkout. If you encounter issues please call us before payment is made. In regards to VAT exempt customers, we are currently working on a program that will automatically recognise VAT Exempt countries and will take off the VAT. However until then we refund the VAT after the order has been made.

I find the new new website less user friendly than the previous version. In particular it is more difficult to identify the precise printer and ink. On more than one occasion I have thought that I had ordered black ink for my Canon iX7000 pixma printer [9 PBK] only to find 9MBK in the packet when delivered. This was incompatible with my printer and your website provided no return address. I would be grateful if you could rectify this matter.

I tried compatible black ink cartridges for my HP Deskjet 940C and while printing 6 items discovered that two of my prints ended up 3/4 covered in black ink. However since then I have printed off sheets one at a time and these have been fine. I have checked my printer and it is fine.

Had trouble keeping the ink flowing. If left for any amount of time I.e overnight, I have had to take out the cartridge and run under warm water to get the ink flowing again. Once flowing I have no problem with the quality of the finished article, but getting there is a bit of a pain

I purchased a toner cartridge and when I recieved it I thought it was the wrong one (new printer) I emailed InternetInk and they called me back streight away and talked me through how to change the cartridge. It wasn't the wrong one, there was a part that came away with the cartridge which had to be dismantled and fixed onto the new cartridge. I have been using compatable carteidges and they leak toner, resulting in poor quality prints. Also some of the sprockets on the cartridges have been warn, resulting in very noisy operation and dark lined accross the paper.

The black inks are good. The colour inks don't give a very representation they are supposed to represent

Generally good, with quick service. However I have recently experienced problems with non-original replacement inks for my Kodak 2170. The inks are not fully utilised and inserting another replacement into the machine leads to a not recognised message. The provided solution (obviously others have had problems) does not work either.

Yes, you make ordering ink cartridges easy from the huge and confusing array on offer. And I've always found them satisfactory, although it's virtually impossible to accurately compare performance. Your delivery is quick, and prices reasonable, as far as I can tell (which isn't very far!). But one little quibble; you did promise me a 'refund' on my last order because I hadn't clicked on - ?Apply - to get my discount. Will that appear on my next order?

did not fit printer wrong cartridges,could not return as someone had thrown away packaging.

We are happy to exchange any cartridges that were purchased from ourselves in the last 12 months and are still sealed, in a sale able condition. However if the wrong product is ordered and opened, we cannot take responsibility for this. Unless we are liable for the incorrect product being dispatched.

Because the cartridge is being reused your printer thinks that you have inserted an old ‘empty’ cartridge. Unfortunately there is no way to reset this information however I can assure you that the cartridges are fully checked and tested before they are dispatched. However if your Canon printer has come to a halt because of the error message, then please press and hold the reset button for 15 – 20 seconds or until your printer carriage starts to move. (you will not have to do this again) The only disadvantage to remanufactured cartridges is that you will not get any indication of when the ink is running out. However we would advise simply keeping a spare cartridge in stock and checking the quality of your prints when they begin to fade then you know it’s time for a new cartridge. Should you have any further problems then please do not hesitate to contact me again.

Initially I had problems with the colour accuracy but I think this might have been the result of my failure to clean the print heads after installing the 3 new colour cartridges. Seems OK now though.

Unfortunately the cartridge I ordered which was an HP 300 black was not working after a few days. I did get in touch with you via e-mail and I was told to run it under hot water. This was good advice as it did work but unfortunately I have to do this every day now which is not good as lots of ink is now in my printer and I have to keep cleaning it out. I would like to order more cartridges for both my printers but am concerned that this may happen again. W?at are your thoughts

To be perfectly honest with you I haven't had occasion to use my new Inks very much yet, however, my Bowling Club does have an AGM coming up soon, as Treasurer I will be needing to print our Balance Sheets, Therefore, will have a better viewpoint on your product once they are printed.
