The Ink that I ordered did not work despite being the right cartridge for the specified printer. I will therefore not be using your company again and would advise others against it also.

The cartridge I received was not an HP original. When installed, despite trying many times, I could not print out a page in its entirety. Basically I felt conned and will not waste my money on this type of purchase again.

Dear John, I have opened the invoice for your order, and can see that you did not buy the original HP ink cartridges, but the remanufactured cartridges. The price you paid would reflect this... The cost of the original ink cartridges you required are £12.62 compared to £6.99 that you paid for the remanufactured cartridge. However I am sorry to hear that the cartridge has failed to print correctly and we can help you with this problem very quickly, from time to time air bubbles or dried ink locate around the print head and can restrict the ink flow on a remanufactured ink cartridge, if this has happend to your cartridge, then please feel free to get in touch with our support team on 0800 612 0874 or email support@internet-ink.co.uk

Thank you for your valued comments and continued custom which are greatly appreciated. Please try cleaning the heads. Tri colour cartridges will get a blocked head at some point no matter what you do. routines. So clean the heads and print a nozzle-check pattern. If it isn’t perfect, repeat and see if it improves. If not, repeat once more and then stop. Most of the time, the above will solve the problem but occasionally even this won’t work. It is worth replacing the cartridge at this point, If this is the case please get in touch quoting your order number on 0800 612 0874 or email support@internet-ink.co.uk

The ink was used for only three times, then the printer informed that the ink was empty. I had changed another printer, the problems went as well, Poor quality! Never buy again!

It is common to get a low ink or empty warning when using remanufactured cartridges as the print head contains electrical contacts that communicate with your printer. Because the cartridge is being reused your printer thinks that you have inserted an old ‘empty’ cartridge. Unfortunately there is no way to reset this information however I can assure you that the cartridges are fully checked and tested before they are dispatched. However if your Canon printer has come to a halt because of the error message, then please press and hold the reset button for 15 – 20 seconds or until your printer carriage starts to move. (you will not have to do this again) The only disadvantage to remanufactured cartridges is that you will not get any indication of when the ink is running out. However we would advise simply keeping a spare cartridge in stock and checking the quality of your prints when they begin to fade then you know it’s time for a new cartridge. Should you have any further problems then please do not hesitate to contact me again. I have made two purchases of cartridges PG 510 and CL 511. My second purchase lasted less than ten print-outs before my computer indicated that they were empty. My printer is a Cannon IP 2702. I am now operating again with Cannon's own cartridges. I am not a happy chappy.

I have purchased 're-manufactured' cartridges from you which arrived promptly. However I have been very disappointed with how quickly they have run out. I have therefore resorted to buying new cartridges at the full price from my local PC world. Yours Faithfully A. D. Edwards

We have 2 printes in our house and i bought 2 black cartridge and 1 colour cartridge. The black ink worked the first and second time it was used then, it blocked up and would not work, my printer also stated there was a problem with black ink cartridge. The other black ink stoped working 2weeks later, thankfully the colour cartridge still works, I would not use again.

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing problems, from time to time air bubbles or dried ink locate around the print head and can restrict the ink flow. Please follow the troubleshooting guide below to remedy this: Wrap the cartridges with kitchen towel ensuring the print head is covered, so you don’t get ink on yourself, shake the cartridge back and forth, this will dislodged any air bubbles that are trapped near the print head and restricting the ink flow. Run the cartridges under warm water for a few seconds then dry the cartridge with kitchen towel and firmly press the print head onto the kitchen towel to check that ink is coming out. Some cartridges may require a little longer allowing the heat to penetrate the ink head, so please try sitting the cartridge in a saucer of warm water for several minutes if the blockages persists. Reinstall the cartridge into your printer and print off several test pages. If you are still encountering problems please contact us again quoting your order number, full printer model and we will issue you with our returns details. If you have had product from us within the last 12 months, we’ll repair the product or, if that’s not possible give you a replacement or, if that’s not possible a refund. I have used your ink for years but since I purchased a new printer a Cannon Pixma 525 The fist Ink ordered did not register on the printer and it kept telling me that I was out of ink but it did print, not the best I might say The most recent order will not print at all the printer tells me to change the ink cartridge. I had to go and purchase the branded ink for the printer and it is working well with this i can only assume that the ink supplied by yourselves is not the right viscosity for my printer DO i get a refund or supplies of the branded cannon ink Graham

Thank you for your valued comments, occasionally printers will try to reject compatible ink cartridges. A simple reset will get your cartridges working for you. Remove all cartridges from your machine correctly with the printer on and make sure all packaging, clips and tape have been removed from the cartridges. If you are required to follow prompts on screen to change a cartridge make sure you do follow them, otherwise you should be able to simply lift the lid or press a specific button to get your carriage to slide across. Turn your printer off, disconnect the power supply and leave it off for about 10-15 minutes. Doing this will give your printer chance to clear the error it had and power down correctly. It may also be worth ensuring your printer is communicating this to your computer and that the error on screen has cleared. Reconnect the power supply and turn your printer back on and wait for it to settle down and warn of a missing cartridges. Re-install the cartridges individually. Put the colour ink cartridges first and the black one last making sure they are fully clicked into place. Please make sure that you follow any instructions given to you or follow the procedures described in the manual. I hope this advice has helped, if however the problem continues then unfortunately it would appear you have a damaged, faulty or incompatible cartridge. In which case please simply get in contact with our customer support team on 0871 127 4325 quoting your order number and the full printer model and I will help you further with your enquiry.
