Thank you for your review and your feedback. Your order was placed on the 11/12 without the priority service and was shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class on the 12/12. Please allow 1-3 shipping days after dispatch for this service, as your order is in the hands of Royal Mail. At this busy time of the year can in some places take longer https://www.internet-ink.com/delivery-home-abroad. Dependant on your local post services your item can be delayed unfortunately this is out of our hands. If your item has still not arrived by after the weekend please do get in touch again via the contact form on the website https://www.internet-ink.com/contact . Our staff member relayed all this information to yourself, offered the same solution and helped as much as possible. We will continue to help all customers who co-operate in a non-abusive manor to our staff as much as possible. You did not receive any abuse on your phone call and you were offered a solution.

I put order in with you price was good been on phone to say order not received was told to go post office to check for order I don't have time for that and if no order recived I have to wait 10 days for replacement I need it today not 10 days time I've had to go out to get ink from P C WORLD at full price will not use your service again and will not recormend you to any one Steve Board

Unfortunately once we have posted our orders we have no further control over the packages and are totally in the hands of Royal Mail regarding when the packages arrive. Please see our terms and conditions below: Occasionally, there are delays within the postal system. Although delays are rare, if your package has not arrived within the allotted time period, please allow 15 days for your order to arrive before contacting us, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot take up an issue with Royal Mail until 10 working days have elapsed. We have little control over your order once it leaves our warehouse.After the 10 days have elapsed please contact us within 30 days of your order date to allow us to reprocess and investigate your order. Orders that are outside of the 30 day period cannot be claimed. We ask our customer to check if a package is being held at their local parcel office prior to shipping second packages as we get a large number of parcels returned to us marked "not called for" even though a card has not been left. Whilst the product appeared to be good value on ordering including the delivery to an EU address , a swingeing extra delivery charge was added which nearly doubled the cost of the product. I have ordered from this company before without the extra charge so dont understand what has happened this time, so beware if you are ordering from the EU. My address is only a few minutes up from the COsta del SOl an area bristling with expats, who may be interested in ordering .

Most EU addresses are covered by the standard International shipping charge of £7.99, however, unfortunately the area this order was to be delivered to incurred a remote area surcharge. Ordered the black cartridge, it failed to be recognized. They don't tell you until you get the ink that you must use all the same cartridges, and that you cannot update the firmware in your printer. This is really not acceptable or possible as the printer updates automatically.

It does state quite clearly in Red on our website that Epson original and compatible cartridges cannot be mixed and a full set of compatibles will be required. If the cartridges are not recognized our support team are on hand to offer full support on how to carry out a simple reset procedure. My system logged off for an udate in the middle of answering your question. I have not yet got the product so how the hell can I give you an opinion. I have dealt with internet ink before and found them to be good. This does not automatically mean that the product in transit will be OK. I am fed up to the teeth with these stupid marketing organisations asking impossble questions no doubt to please their customer with glowing reports. Ask me again about the relevant product in 9 months time. I am a Chartered Accountant and former member of Mensa - I am not stupid.

Brother TN245/241 Compatible Toner are not at all compatible. Colorprints are totally useless.

Even though it was xl they didn't print near what ordinary no of copies we got from ordinary size was very disappointed

Put both into the printer, kept showing empty, followed the instructions on the piece of paper, printer wouldn't work. Went out and bought Cannon originals put them in the printer, worked straight away. they were dearer but they worked!!!!

Toner "welded" paper to roller. Although I tried to remove it carefully, the roller is badly damaged. I won't be using these cheap cartridges again as it has cost me a fairly new printer.

Do not buy from this company.Ordered Canon 521 original in Canon box as shown on website, supplied out of box, therefore integrity of ink compromised, verified by Canon. N.B. Canon box states temperature protection -30C-+40C. Trading standards job. Offered to re-supply correctly as 'a good will gesture', me paying p&p.also requesting me to print off a returns label, only problem, no ink !

As given in our T’s & C’s cartridges are supplied without boxes to enable us to offer customers free postage, however, it also states that should you wish to have them in the packaging, to email the support team and we will post them boxed. We have offered to replace the cartridges in the packing for you as you did not read the T’s and C’s but request you pay the return postage as the cartridges are not faulty. As explained to you by our General Manager if the cartridges are kept out of direct sunlight there is no compromise to the cartridges life, they are still in a sealed pack. When we sent you the email with the returns form, you contacted our support team to inform us you could not print it off, you were given the RMA over the phone to return them. I ordered a multi pack which was supposed to contain 2 of each colour and 4 black cartridges. What I get is 3 of each colour and 1 black. This is not the first time this has happened with them, and as such I made sure to look very carefully at the description, image and price the second time around. Still I get the wrong set of inks delivered to me. I order an additional 2 black ink cartridges to make up for the hiccup. This order however has been canceled by internet-ink because they didn't agree with my previous rating of their services. Use at your own risk.
