Service and delivery fine. DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT THOUGH! it was HC/920XL-4PK Compatible HP 920 XL Ink Complete Pack - 4 Inks... Removed the cap on the black cartridge and ink went every where. Luckily I opened it over my chair so only stained my chair as if that was not bad enough. I used my hands to save the ink going elsewhere. Thought this was a one off so opened the next cartridge over some paper ready for the 'small' spurt but this was more a fountain. All over my hands but only stained the paper. Spent the last half an hour trying to remove black & blue ink, soap and water, white spirit, Swarfega, Nail varnish remover... to no avail. Stained hands and no way of cleaning them. Thrown the whole pack of inks away. Can I have my money back please?

We are so sorry to hear that your recent experience of using our compatible cartridges has been so disappointing! We are eager to reassure you that we are a reputable business with a good reputation, on which we take great pride and we take such reports very seriously. Having checked our records we can confirm that we have not had any other issues reported with these particular HP 920XL Compatible ink cartridges in the past 6 months, therefore we do find these happening very strange and unusual. We note that you have been in touch with us since leaving the review and that x2 free of charge replacement cartridges were dispatched on the same day the issue was reported to us. We trust the printer is now back up and printing correctly as expected. We would just like to add that having inspected a number of randomly picked cartridges from the batch you have reported an issue with, we were unable to replicate the leakage by following the correct installation instructions detailed on the cartridge outer packaging whereby the tear-off strip must be removed first to release the pressure from the cartridge and only then it is safe to remove the orange transport clip. We did see a very small amount of ink when the cartridges were opened incorrectly while still pressure-filled, however the excess ink was contained within the cartridge nozzle and at no point leaked out. We suspect that even though you have followed the correct procedure, there may have been a small amount of sticky tape residue left over the cartridge vent holes meaning they were still pressure-filled at the time of removing the nozzle caps, and if not handled carefully and held upside down may have leaked for which we sincerely apologise. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been to you as even though the ink is water based, it can be very difficult and time-consuming to clean stained fabrics. The HP ink did not work. The Epson ink worked once and no more, despite some purging etc.

Ordered cartridges on 26th July.....nothing arrived. Rang customer services who told me I would have to wait 10 days to see f they did arrive......nothing. Rang again and was told they would send another set out first class that day.......nothing arrived. Rang again 22nd August to be told they had sent them to an address that I lived at 5 years ago!! Customer services adamant that it was my fault and would not refund my money. I rang paypal and they confirmed that they should not of been sent there as that was not the address on my paypal account. Would I order from them again? I don't think so!!! You have been warned. I think I may have to wait a long time to get an apology.

Having looked into this further for you I can confirm that you had not updated the address on your account with us and this why both the initial and replacement orders were sent to your previous address. When paying with PayPal and going through the checkout process once you had logged into your PayPal account and confirmed the payment, you are then redirected back to our website. This allows you to confirm your details such as your delivery address as all orders are dispatched to the address on your Internet-Ink account, you are then also sent an email confirmation with a copy of your invoice which displays the delivery address on for your review. I do apologise for any disappointment this may have caused and as I would like to resolve this, I have refunded you in full for this order via PayPal. I have also amended your account with us to your current address to ensure that this doesn't occur again. If you would like to discuss this further, please call us on 0800 612 0874. Yellow cartridge made everything come out orange. Had to go out and buy genuine cartridges.

My Epson printer would not accept the ink cartridge I purchased despite me double checking that I had used the correct reference number on the cartridge for my particular printer.

First time in buying ink from this company, bought two sets and both sets were weak and washy. It was cheap but not worth the bother, would not use again.

Out of the 5 cartridges purchased I had issues with 2. Both didn’t work and one of them leaked everywhere, staining my carpet & jeans. You get what you pay for.

Ink arrived fine. Keeps blocking up and almost every time the printer is used we have to go through the cleaning process. Dell v expensive but works!

I order buy 2 get 1 free cartridges. The paid for coloured ink did not work, only yellow. I have contacted this company 5 times and IGNORED every contact. I will never use this company again and l advise others not to caught out either. Go to 'Catridges int' instead.

Cartridge is not compatible with latest printer software, so you have to contact seller so they can send new one with update software in the chip. Also it started leaking, when trying to fit in to the printer. I would suggest to buy original, even its three times more expensive, or at least you don't have anything else to do I prefer wait for cartridge replacement and spend all day trying to fix your printer.

Please allow 1-3 shipping days after dispatch for this service, as your order is in the hands of Royal Mail. At this busy time of the year can in some places take longer https://www.internet-ink.com/delivery-home-abroad. Dependant on your local post services your item can be delayed unfortunately this is out of our hands. If your item has still not arrived by after the weekend please do get in touch again via the contact form on the website https://www.internet-ink.com/contact . Our staff member relayed all this information to yourself, offered the same solution and helped as much as possible. I put order in with you price was good been on phone to say order not received was told to go post office to check for order I don't have time for that and if no order recived I have to wait 10 days for replacement I need it today not 10 days time I've had to go out to get ink from P C WORLD at full price will not use your service again and will not recormend you to any one Steve Board

Unfortunately once we have posted our orders we have no further control over the packages and are totally in the hands of Royal Mail regarding when the packages arrive. Please see our terms and conditions below: Occasionally, there are delays within the postal system. Although delays are rare, if your package has not arrived within the allotted time period, please allow 15 days for your order to arrive before contacting us, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot take up an issue with Royal Mail until 10 working days have elapsed. We have little control over your order once it leaves our warehouse.After the 10 days have elapsed please contact us within 30 days of your order date to allow us to reprocess and investigate your order. Orders that are outside of the 30 day period cannot be claimed. We ask our customer to check if a package is being held at their local parcel office prior to shipping second packages as we get a large number of parcels returned to us marked "not called for" even though a card has not been left. Whilst the product appeared to be good value on ordering including the delivery to an EU address , a swingeing extra delivery charge was added which nearly doubled the cost of the product. I have ordered from this company before without the extra charge so dont understand what has happened this time, so beware if you are ordering from the EU. My address is only a few minutes up from the COsta del SOl an area bristling with expats, who may be interested in ordering .

Most EU addresses are covered by the standard International shipping charge of £7.99, however, unfortunately the area this order was to be delivered to incurred a remote area surcharge. Ordered the black cartridge, it failed to be recognized. They don't tell you until you get the ink that you must use all the same cartridges, and that you cannot update the firmware in your printer. This is really not acceptable or possible as the printer updates automatically.

If the cartridges are not recognized our support team are on hand to offer full support on how to carry out a simple reset procedure. My system logged off for an udate in the middle of answering your question. I have not yet got the product so how the hell can I give you an opinion. I have dealt with internet ink before and found them to be good. This does not automatically mean that the product in transit will be OK. I am fed up to the teeth with these stupid marketing organisations asking impossble questions no doubt to please their customer with glowing reports. Ask me again about the relevant product in 9 months time. I am a Chartered Accountant and former member of Mensa - I am not stupid.
