Actually it didn't - twice your 351XL compatible colour cartridges for my HP Photosmart C4580 printer both failed after a week or so's relatively small use, with the printer declaring something like "Not recognised" or similar, and you then refused to supply any more and would only sell more expensive "genuine" HP product. You have also refused to take back an unused 350XL compatible black cartridge. It has been suggested to me that the problem may have been caused by the use of your compatible products (though I am not entirely convinced by this theory). I now have a Canon PIXMA MX535 printer, but will probably obtain my (hopefully more reliable) cartridges elsewhere.
