“Very good service from start to finish. £36 per sheet, free delivery. Notified of day to be delivered and able to track delivery through the glimpse message. The site has difficult access but was able to track my delivery down to a few yards and signal driver where to park. Driver very friendly and helpful, Parked on main road and after a quick look at the access he went back to lorry and fork lifted the delivery to us - about 70metres down a narrow lane. Receipt emailed promptly after delivery.”

“Great delivery time. Helpful driver. Products came quite bashed up and tape used then damaged them further when trying to remove.”

“I mistakenly ordered the wrong type of superfoil----my fault, but when I asked about returning it, I was informed that there would be a 40% restocking charge, plus the cost of the postage plus the cost of returning it to the warehouse. Based on that, I would never order from them again”

Hello James, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. This review is unwarranted given that we have done nothing wrong. You have received what you ordered and as you have stated yourself, it was your mistake ordering the incorrect material. Most insulation products are bulky and transportation costs are significant resulting in costs to return materials which we can't always absorb. “Waste of time, took a week to get it and then it came from a local supplier who I could have gone to myself. They just get a discount from a major supplier and take a profit. Wouldn’t use again”

Hi Ross, Thank you for your review. We are a broker and a stockist and negotiate the best rates possible from all our suppliers while also delivering from our own depots in London and Manchester. This is no different than your local supplier who also negotiates rates from their suppliers to sell to their customers. They deliver from their stocks and sometimes ship direct from their suppliers to their customers. Just like us. You placed your order on a Tuesday and was delivered 4 business days later not 1 week. We state online that the product you ordered is typically delivered in 3 to 5 working days. We delivered your order within that time frame. Its more than likely that you would have paid more for your order if you went locally and would have had to wait a similar timeframe to have it delivered. Regards Insulation4less
