“The plasterboard I received is a good product. The process of purchasing left much to be desired: - I ordered straight-edge plasterboard. The top 2 sheets on the stack were that, but the rest hidden underneath were tapered, not what I ordered, but I made do. - The plasterboard was not exactly "damaged", but nearly half was covered in black soot and extremely dirty. I am going to have to use some good primer to hide that before painting. - The process of ordering gave me 0 choices of the time of delivery. I just got an email telling me they will deliver at 8 am on a Friday and that's that. Thankfully I work from home, so I was able to be there. However, the delivery that came at 8 am on a Friday did not bring my order at all. The driver just said they'll try again at some point in the future and left. The second delivery just arrived later that day with 1-hour notice via text. If you order anything you better not leave the house or you'll miss it. - The confirmation e-mail instructed me to note all damaged or missing items on the paperwork that I was meant to sign, but the delivery driver when asked about it said "We don't do paperwork." Could have been worse, but could have been much better too. Average experience for me.”

“From start to finish I was happy with the service from Insulation4less. The products arrived in good condition and were well protected from the elements. The products were as ordered, ie branded Celotex. Perhaps my only criticism was that the order arrived unannounced and therefore there was an opportunity to miss the delivery and the attendant problems that might have arisen in consequence, ie failed delivery. delay in redelivery, goods left in the wrong place on site.”
