“Really impressed with the delivery driver who was very helpful! Product was well wrapped and easy to use just as I’d hoped. not as cheap as insulation rolls but much easier to handle and more importantly easier to move should future access be required.”

“Very pleased with the prompt delivery of my Celotex insulated boards. With a wide variety of insulation materials with appropriate fixtures at reasonable prices. Friendly easy to use web site I would like to recommend insulation 4less as one stop for all your insulation materials.”

“Ordered insulation and tape, they phoned to say they couldn't fulfil my order untill a much later date. I cancelled order, they still sent this tape, charged me for the original postage cost and tax oof the insulation sheets. I paid £160!!!!!! For 3 rolls of tape and some spray foam. They keep hanging up on me, and are refusing to refund me!!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

Thank you for your review, Hazel. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience. Having carefully reviewed the order history, we would like to clarify that after you contacted us on 24 March regarding the insulation boards, you were advised that these items were out of stock and that delivery would be delayed until the week commencing 6 April due to the bank holiday period. You then confirmed that you did not wish to wait for those items and asked for the boards to be cancelled, while agreeing for the remaining items on the order to still be sent. A refund for the cancelled boards was processed, and a further refund was also issued to adjust the delivery charge relating to the cancelled portion of the order. As the order was being supplied from multiple depots, separate carriage charges applied, and these were reviewed and amended accordingly. When you later contacted us regarding returning the remaining items, you were advised that, as these goods had been supplied correctly and were not faulty, any return would be handled in line with our standard returns policy. Our records show that refunds were processed promptly and that communication was maintained throughout. We are therefore sorry to see that you were left with a different impression of the matter. If you would like us to review anything further, please contact us directly with your order details and we will be happy to look into it again.

“Accidentally ordered to wrong address. Informed the team and they informed me they had swapped this. Insulation turned up at incorrect address, however the delivery team were accommodating and went to the changed address. The lad helped me to carry the insulation to a suitable place”

“Original supply date was cancelled on the day as ordered size insulation not available . As I was all ready to start installing on this day it was not ideal. I had to wait another 2 weeks for the correct order. When it did arrive it was fine”

“Very good - apart from there seems to be a disconnect between their Customer Services and delivery (referred to as 'the Depot'). Originally promised delivery on Thursday ('the Depot' said they could not deliver on Thursady), then Friday AM, then Friday PM (was told the reason for non-delivery was that their vehicle had broken down), then the following Monday when it finally arrived. Little in the way of communication regarding updates (e.g. your delivery is on it's way, it will be delivered between these times, etc.). I had to email their Customer Services to confirm that delivery was scheduled each day it was meant to be coming. Also got emails from Insulation4Less over the weekend saying thanks for choosing them and what other products they offered - so they were clearly not aware that I had not received my delivery. Ironically, after looking for an alternative supplier on the Friday, I found the product cheaper from another on-line retailer! So if it had not been delivered Monday then I would have cancelled the order. Delivery when it happened was good.”
