“I placed an order for a delivery of celotex and a roll of foil insulation. My bad, I ordered the incorrect foil, so when asked about returning it I was informed that there would be a 40% restocking charge plus post and packaging, so in total around 50% of the purchase price. Thanks for nothing, and I will not be using you again”

Hello James, This review unjust given that we have done nothing wrong. It is not our fault that you ordered the incorrect material so we cannot be expected to absorb the cost of your mistake. The restocking charge in this case is what the supplier passed along to us, we do not make anything on restocking charges and they are purely to cover our costs. Had we done something wrong, we would have accepted full responsibility and covered the full cost. Kind regards, Insulation4less

“Great service, and delivery. The prices are very competitive, and with delivery over £300 it takes the stress out of worrying about extra costs. It's the second time I've used them and would do so again. Would recommend these guys.”

“I recently ordered mineral wool loft insulation from Insulation4less. I found their website very easy to use and full of useful information. The ordering and purchase process was very straightforward through the site. I was contacted the next day to confirm delivery details and was delighted to find that there was no problem delivering to the Central Belt of Scotland. The delivery was well within the advertised timescales. I am delighted with the product, the price and the service. I have more insulation to order later in the project and will definitely use them again.”

“Great service. Was updated about delivery time and method of transport due to where we live akward for bigger lorries to get near so was delivered on a van. Also cheapest price online which is a bonus for what we needed. Would definitely use again thanks.”
