“Great sales and help. Usually great tracking (even though it says it’s always 41 minutes away) of delivery but this time all was going well then had a text saying I was next delivery then another text saying the order had been cancelled. I thought I would wait for any further info before ringing. I left the property. Then about an hour later I got a call from the driver saying he was outside with the delivery. I was 5 mins away so headed there but a neighbour had fortunately helped the driver. I think there might be something wrong with the tracking app!!”
