“INSULATION4LESS conveys great value. The experience from ordering, acknowledgement , ongoing contact through to on time delivery was a masterclass in excellence. The most important engagement was with the driver, Shaun, who called on arrival. He was polite, friendly and very skilled in placing the load where needed so efficiently. Will revisit INSULATION4LESS4SURE! Your company was referred to me by word of mouth and will be passed on the same way too.”

“Product and Price was good. Delivery was poor due to the delivery driver refusing to use his forklift to unload the celotex and put it on the drive by the garage. Instead he hand balled it out onto the wet grass over our hedge smashing the polystrene pallet strips which went everywhere. He then sat in his Cab watching my Wife struggle to lift it up the drive and into our garage whilst making eye contact and smirking.”

As noted in our delivery terms, we offer kerbside delivery only, which means drivers are not authorised to move goods beyond the kerbside or into garages, driveways, or around the property. That said, drivers are expected to maintain a professional manner at all times. Drivers are also responsible for determining the safest and most practical way to offload goods based on access, ground conditions, and equipment limitations. However, customer interaction should always remain courteous, and we’ve asked the depot to address your concerns accordingly. We regret that this experience has left you and your wife feeling dissatisfied, and we do understand your comments regarding future orders. While this isn’t the impression we aim to leave with our customers, your feedback has been taken seriously and passed on for review to help reinforce the service standards we expect from our delivery partners. “Delivery man was beyond rude, he did not want to unload the items from the lorry, he ask me if I had a forklift, in a domestic property!! Ridiculous”

“Well first time using Build4 Less and its not good , order 15th May still not delivered 28th May , failed to deliver twice , they didn't call or contact me about the failed deliveries i had to contact them, still no details, should have been delivered again on the 23rd but no show. E-mailed no response , called and now waiting for a call back, i don't hold much faith in this company i'm expecting they will refund my if they dont deliver . Hold On they just called , its coming later this afternoon ?? i will update tomorrow see what happens either way two weeks for building supplies is a joke, no urgency, jobs getting behind cant say i'm satisfied with the service so far.”

“I have ordered three times from this company now. - items have always arrived in good conditions, the - delivery date is not confirmed at the time of the order, while payment is taken straightaway - for the last order, it is 12 days I am waiting to get a delivery date.”

“The service was very good, dealing centrally and delivered by a local company exactly as organised. However, I had ordered two thicknesses, and I had ordered one extra of one size and one less of the other. I phoned up to try to organise a simple swap with paying a slight difference of about £1, but that is where it then got complicated. Why I couldn't just then deal with the local company to organise the exchange, I don't know. So I just went to Wickes to buy an extra roll. Yes the service was excellent, delivered what I asked for, with good communication but, unless you know exactly what you want then I would just go to a local supplier even if it is slightly more expensive just in case you need an exchange. I still give you 4* as the delivery and service was exactly as set out, and I would give 5* if an exchange could have been organised in a much simpler manner.”
