“Both the 75mm and the 100mm rolls of wool were excellent products. Easy to handle and great quality. No real sheepy odour! Immediate and marked insulating effect as soon as placed on the roof panels. Delivery was earlier than expected and the driver was very polite and pleasant. I will use this product and company again.”

“Insulation was competitively priced & the order process was smooth. The items were dispatched relatively quickly and the driver was very pleasant & helpful. Only slight criticism is it would have been handy to have a rough time slot rather than just a day. As it turned out he arrived at 0800 so I didn't have to wait around.”

“Very good quality Arrived on due date with courtesy call to say it was coming. Driver was extremely helpful in man-handling insulation into the place that I wanted it. 30%-50% cheaper than B&Q and their like. Cannot rate too highly, excellent in every respect I have 1920's single wall house, it took me about 3 hours to improve about 6m of exterior wall to better than cavity wall insulation standard In low contact areas it can just be filled and painted over without boarding or plaster board We have already noticed the improvement in heat loss”

“Product as expected and in good condition. There was a difficulty with the delivery because we live in a narrow road. The driver parked at the end of the road and brought the pallet the rest of the way on forklift.”

“This company need to be treated with caution. My order of insulation materials was followed by email messages warning about the need to comply with their delivery requirements or face the prospect of non delivery and additional charges. Fair and reasonable you might suggest! I complied in full to these conditions so it's a real disappointment when it would seem very little effort on their part was taken to ensure the materials they were supplying arrived in an undamaged state. Every bale of rock wool was saturated...clearly incorrectly stored....two out of the three sheets of plasterboard were damaged. Be very careful if you use this company to check everything they deliver!”

Hello Stuart, Thank you for your review. We apologise that some of these goods have arrived in unusable condition. We outline in our delivery confirmation to reject unusable goods and we'd like to thank you for following these instructions upon arrival, this allows the replacement process to run efficiently. Although goods should arrive in new condition your review is unfair given the length of time you've taken before posting. Your delivery arrived at approximately 09.00am this morning, you emailed us to advise of the issue at 09.40am and we replied to you at 09.47am to resolve the problem. Your review was left at 09.55am, this is a very short period of time to allow for a resolution. We're currently in the process of arranging replacements and will be in touch promptly once arranged. “The materials I ordered were of good quality I was kept updated on delivery times. And the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. My order wasn't large but I was treated just like a large contractor. I wouldn't hesitate to call on your services again”
