“I paid £50 for delivery- however, the items were never delivered as the driver could not find our property-but was told the driver was at the property- but could not find it ???? and was subsequently told I would have to pay another £50 if I wanted them to attempt delivery again !! Would definitely not use again !! I cancelled my order! Minus, the non- delivery fee (£50)”

Hi Julie, This review is unfair and not a true reflection of actual events. We attempted to deliver this order on the delivery date provided to you. You were notified by email and text on 26/07 that delivery would be on 31/07 and we even arranged delivery on a smaller vehicle as requested by yourself. On the day of delivery, both our customer care team and the driver called you several times to ask for directions but you did not answer your phone. Unfortunately drivers only have a limited period of time that they can wait around as they will have other deliveries to attend and must eventually move on. We gave you ample opportunity to come to a resolution but you requested a refund and as a result, we were left with no choice but to deduct the cost of the failed delivery from your refund. We do not make anything on failed deliveries and will only ever pass along the exact cost of a failed delivery.
