“Can't fault the product or price delivery was when expected. But the attitude of the delivery driver was appalling. He said it was a two man delivery and made my retired mother in law do all the carrying whilst he stood in the back of his lorry and watched. No mention of it being a two man delivery at order otherwise alternative arrangements would have been made.”

“Very good service. The person who delivered my panels was very obliging. I am 77 and he carried them through to my back garden when it would have been much easier for him to dump at the nearest space.”

“Placed an order after being promised a specific delivery date by the website, call centre and uk sales manager Stephen McLoughney. Order never arrived on due date, I wasn’t informed of this until I, myself, enquired at the end of day to ask where the order was! Took time away from work to accept and sign for delivery. Requested full refund of the delivery charge -£75.00, verbally denied. Complaint remains open after almost 5 weeks with no sign of resolution! Disgraceful customer service throughout and extremely difficult to communicate with Stephen McLoughney! -uk sales manager. Do not use this company!”
